A well-written book exploring the various aspects of a traumatic event and how one heals from it. The author does a great job of acknowledging that everyone processes and heals differently, and never implies that the activities presented must be done by all or is a "right" way of doing things. The healing process prompts and activities are easy to understand and approachable. Overall, a nice book to come across and would recommend to anyone who has experienced trauma, whether it's a fresh event or one in the past.

Eh. Didn't feel like the author had much scientific backing, this was quite light.
