Start your review of Understand to Be Understood: By Using the Process Communication Model

I'm an absolute fan of the process Com personality model and the associated professional coaching programme. Literally changed my life at work and the way I view colleagues, meetings, coffee breaks, etc! This book is a great insight to this model and gives some background info that is too detailed and theoretic for the coaching and really interesting.
