Not a lot of actual progress, but some revelations concerning Kinrei, and a firming up of the future conflict between Rakan and Prince.

A veces siento que suceden pocas cosas por tomo. Cómo dije antes son solo tres capítulos por cada tomo de manga, pero aún así... No es que haya grandes cosas o avances aunque *técnicamente* si, suceden cosas 😂

Me espera un largo camino con este manga, recién voy por el tomo 6 pero es una dinámica bstsante lenta.

Bien, la trama avanza un poquito, ocurren cosas interesantes, mas personajes aparecen (no muchos... creo que solo 2), sigo amando las insinuaciones de Chigusa y espero ver mas movimiento en el próximo tomo porque creo que las cosas van lento (aunque son como 27 tomos y aún me faltan 21 mas, van a acelerar porque van a acelerar).

gosh I am soooo giddy for them. I love all the worldbuilding so much. Underground demon staircase?? what??? cool!!! and chigusa as always is delightful. we've got Rakan, his autistic boyfriend, his older sister/brother, AND... Touji. the whole gang is here

Another intriguing installment. The battle lines have been drawn. The imperial prince issues a prophesy of disaster claiming that only those who worship him will be saved. Suddenly there's an earthquake and half Rakan's party fall into a ravine. Rakan determines to oppose his brother. Kazuhi manifests a third eye and manages a psychic link with Chiguza - the two parties plan to meet up at the capital. Lovely artwork, pretty cool characters and a really interesting story keep me eagerly awaiting the next installment. I have a feeling that Kinrei may have his own nefarious agenda....

This series evokes so many emotions in me, it's brilliant. Overall the setting is quite dark, just desert landscape with no sun and the evil Prince and his "servant" and then there is Rakan and the people who are with him. They all just make this world seem so much brighter (even literally in Rakan's case), they are positive and they stick together.

Brothers! Secret ability! Earthquake! Chigusa comes to a realization. Rakan commits himself to the future. Lots of character development, though not much action. Kinrei has a private moment and Sae discovers more about her brother's childhood.

character development for the win! :D rakan's response to the prince with the light flowers was pretty cool, he's adjusting to magiclandia very quickly. 3.5 stars
