I love Jennifer Traig's other memoirs, but this one just didn't strike me in the same way because it's not about true events. I find that a lot of the time these "humor" books by memoirists/humorists that AREN'T about their lives are sorely lacking; most of the time, things are funny because they are absurd AND they really happened.
