Read this for the shits and giggles, but was actually helpful? Realising that I have an unhealthy relationship with work and i cope with anxiety by being productive 🙄 My silly little brain is trying its best and I’m so proud!

This is another free book that I was sent by a local NHS service after self-referring because of problems with my anxiety and depression. For a free book that I wasn’t expecting, it was surprisingly good. It didn’t have absolutely everything that you could ever need, but it’s only meant to be an introduction and that’s exactly what it does. For that, you can’t really fault it. All in all, it was definitely worth reading.

As someone who is currently dealing with anxiety and worry, this book has made things a lot clearer and given many ideas of what can be done to help with worry and anxiety overall.
I will be putting in to practice the suggestions and exercises that have been provided in this book
