A stimulating and informative, though (in places) somewhat ideologically driven account of the life of St Pio. The anecdotes of his life, teaching, and miracles are penetrating, memorable, and inspire further inquiry into the graces God granted the world through him in his lifetime–and this as I see it is the purpose and effectiveness of short works like this.

God bless the Most Holy Family Monastery and Bro. Dimond, the author of this good summary of this saint's extraordinary life.
