Interesting insight into the gay movements throughout the world.

This was a very good historical account of the various LGBT movements throughout the world from the 1800s to the 1980s, when this book was written. Though a little outdated, the book still presented a clear picture of what the gay and lesbian communities looked like in various cultures and time periods.
