Sin
A middle child born into Devil’s Fury MC. Sin never felt that he fit into the club. He didn’t see his life as anything other than the son of the president. Wanting a life away from the MC, Sin joined the military after high school, becoming nothing more than a grunt in the Marines. Military life was hard, and war was something he didn’t expect. People called him a hero for defending his country, but he felt more like a coward. A hero wouldn’t have shrapnel scars on their back, proving they were running away from the fight instead of facing it.

Savannah She was raised by her working class family in the midst of oil country, Texas. Catching the eye of an older man, the son of oil royalty, she thought she found love. But she was wrong. He wanted her on his arm, to make him look good, just as a woman should. Savannah wanted to be heard, her opinion to matter. She wanted to be valued. The first strike of his hand across her face should have been evidence enough that her life wasn’t turning out as she had hoped. Getting smacked around became the norm. Fearing him became her life.

Rating is actually 3.5 stars.

Overall, this was a good MC book by a new (to me) author. The premise has been done before, but there were some refreshing aspects added to the story. The writing is good, the characters likable, and the story kept me turning the pages. There were times where I thought the dialogue was unrealistic or didn't necessarily belong but it never ruined my enjoyment of the story. Also, the "darkness" at the end of the book didn't really reflect the first half which annoyed me a little.

Quick rating:
Hero: 4 stars!
Heroine: 4 stars!
Plot: 3 stars!
Sex Scenes: 3 stars!

I'll read this author again. I am definitely looking forward to Lick's book.

This was a pretty good read. Savannah was born to a crack addict who didn't want her so she was adopted by a loving couple. She met Tyson Redding when she was 19 years old in college and at a local bar with her bestfriend Jenni. She thought he was handsome and he only had eyes for her so he swept her off her feet. He convinced her to move in with him after only three months of dating telling her he didn't want to sleep without her and she'd be able to study easier at his house. It wasn't long after she moved in when he alienated her from all her friends and the abuse started both verbal and physical. It's now 4 years later she's just graduated college she's still living with Tyson and now she's found out she's pregnant. One night they go to a charity event and get into a huge fight when they get home. It's the first time Tyson has left any evidence of his abuse by giving her a black eye and a badly bruised face. The next day she gets in her car and leaves when she gets tired she pulls over behind a convenience store and goes to sleep in the backseat. Matthew "Sin" Sinclair grew up in an MC his father started the Devil's Fury MC but he never wanted to be a part of it. When he was old enough he joined the Marines and left his family in New Mexico. He's now retired and back home as a patched member of the Devil's Fury. His father and younger sister were murdered and now his older brother Devin "Cut" Sinclair is the President. He sees Savannah curled up unconscious in the backseat of her car and when he sees all the bruises he knows he can't leave her there so he takes her back to his clubhouse. This was a really good book Sin is a sexy protective alpha male and I loved that. Military life was hard for Sin who joined the Marines after high school and war was something he didn’t expect. People called him a hero for defending his country but he felt more like a coward because he had shrapnel scars on their back. Savannah has been through a lot in her young life she thought she found love but Tyson only wanted her because it made him look good. Savannah wanted to be loved and cherished and to be heard not slapped around. This was a really good book Sin did what he needed to do to protect Savannah. The sex was good. This was my first time reading this author and while this book had a few errors overall it was really good. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.

Deep character development

Deep. This touches on lots of deep topics. It isn't for show or cliches. It is heartbreaking what everyone in this book has to go through. Abuse, revenge, survivor's guilt, not fitting in, trying to find your place, family issues, forgiveness, survival, loss, and love; are all deeply intertwined in this story.

If you are looking for romance and lovey dovey, it really isn't here. It is a slow burn. Real life slow burn. They don't really get together until 65% through the book. If you want character development and real life this is your read.

Glad I stumbled onto this series. Definitely reading the next.

This is the first novel I’ve read by Robles and where the start was fine it just seemed to drag on and on.  The character building and world building were good but they just got repetitive.  We hashed over the bad parts of the members and Sin’s too many times.  I just wanted to the story to move forward.  It also drove me nuts how long it took for Savannah and sin to get together.  It isn’t until 68% of the book.

The abuse scene with Savannah where hard to read but very real, Robles was spot on in her depiction of a battered woman and the mindset that they live in.  At least if felt that way. The beginning of the book sucked me in, it just lost its momentum. I am also not one to nitpick grammar at all but there were several typos after about 60 percent that were rather annoying.

I am not sure if I will continue with Lick's story, I am intrigued but I am not sure If I am intrigued enough.   Sin is getting 2.5 Boundless stars from me, it was OK it good have been better.

Really really wanted to like this as it sounded like a pretty solid story, but the execution was a mess.

Savannah has endured an abusive relationship with her fiancé wealthy oil heir, Tyson Reddington, for over four years. Broken bones, bruises and fractured ribs. But when she finds herself pregnant and after a night where he goes even further than he had in the past with the beatings, she escapes their Texas home. But with a concussion after that particularly brutal beating she gets as far as Las Cruces, NM before pulling over behind a gas station and passing out in the back of her car.

Sin is heading back home from a run with his MC when he happens upon Savannah's car. He drives it back to the MC compound and gets her medical attention much to the club's president (his blood brother) dislike. Savannah is an unknown who's obviously in trouble and Sin's MC brothers want her gone before that trouble comes to their door. Sin digs in and goes to bat for an unconscious stranger who needs help.

Sin and his brother are coming off their own tragedy after their sister was abducted, raped, and murdered by a rival MC. Then their father and a couple other founding members of the MC were killed trying to rescue her. Sin has some added baggage from his days in the Marines, so all in all, dudes pretty loaded down. But of course he feels for poor Savannah and everyone calls it a savior complex. First off, his immediate reactions to Savannah were weird. And so was the Sin character as a whole. He's all flowery and caring towards her, but venomous and nasty to his regular club whore. Also, I didn't like their mom being so involved in the MC, that reeked of SOA rip off. I knew I was in trouble when Sons and Charlie Hunnam are actually mentioned by name in the first couple chapters. Actually, Savannah compared the MC to Sons and badass biker dude, Sin, said he "didn't think any of the guys were as pretty as Charlie." I don't know why that stuck with me, why an outlaw MC would not just know the show, but the actors real names?! Is that weird or just me. I'd think such badass manly men would have better things to do than watch tv. Maybe it's me.

Another huge issue for me was the typos, grammar, even POV mistakes. They were abundant. At one point the chapter is labeled Savannah, but a paragraph in you realize it's actually Sin doing the inner musing. And God there was enough of that. Sin really lost cool points with all of his inner crap. The big ta-do happens around 94%. Yep, nearly finished. So it was very long winded and drawn out.

Still searching for the next good MC read...

Savannah is stuck in a violent relationship and can see no way out. She accepts this, until one day her life changes and she knows she needs to escape.
Sin is a biker, part of a 1% club, but his heart is not completely in it. The club was founded by his father and now his brother leads it. Sin’s choice had been to enlist, his family accepted this. After leaving the army, awful events happened that ripped his life apart and now he stays out of loyalty to his family.
Being that this is an MC book, it was refreshing that it had a different outlook than others in its genre. Don’t get me wrong, Sin is 100% alpha and fiercely protective of the people he loves. It was full of the MC life and action packed but Sin’s outlook on a biker life was interesting to me.
Savannah found herself in a terrible situation and did everything she needed to be free. It was great how thare relationship steadily evolved.
This is a great start to the series and I look forward to more.

I didn't really enjoy this. Maybe I'm just comparing it to other MC romances and prefer those instead? I like the first quarter of the book but then it just went downhill and got so repetitive. Everything was about Sin and his sister and his past of what happened. Then the comparing Savannah to his sister was kind of weird. The story just felt inconsistent because their first meeting seems very insta and then they're just friends and then by 58% they're going to be together. Also Sin doesn't want to be in the club and Savannah seems to want to change him. Not really crazy about story lines like that. I don't know, I just wasn't a fan and that's just personal preference I think.

Holy yummy and amazeballs, this was wonderful. The characters were so freakin sexy and amazing. It is a slow burn though.. I thought about throwing my kindle a couple of times while yelling at the characters. Haha.. I love stories that keep me into the story and make me read as fast as I can so I can know whats going to happen next and when it's over. I can't wait for the next one and to read it because these characters are in my head and my heart. Amazing

Sin by Torrie Robles was a great 5 star read.

The story starts with Savannah, the things that this poor woman endures from her boyfriend Tyson is heartbreaking. His abuse seems to be escalating and she realizes that she needs to get out now.

Why have I let this family and this man continue to hurt me for the past four years?

Sin (Matthew) is a member of the Devi’s Fury MC and comes across Savannah sleeping in her car at a gas station. He ends up taking her back to the club to see the doc.

There is a connection between Sin and Savannah. They both have things from their past that they are trying to overcome and move forward from. Both scarred in their own way.

I’m taking all the good I can get and I’m making it mine. - Sin

When Tyson finds Savannah all heck breaks loose. Sin refuses to let Savannah go and claims her. The Devil's Fury MC will protect her at all cost. Things get really exciting and secrets are revealed. Will they be able to protect Savannah? Will Tyson get what he wants, Savannah?

Matthew was so good to Savannah that it makes your heart swell. This was an exciting on the edge of your seat read. You couldn’t help but wonder what was coming next. The secondary characters were great. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series: 1-click and get started today.

Sin & Savannah
Two people broken.
Two people living a life they didn’t want.
Two people thrown together
To keep each other safe;
One from their past, and one from their own misery.
Can he rectify a past tragedy?
Can she be his salvation?

And boy were they broken...

Sin was a former Marine. One who joined the military to escape the club life. Instead he became even more broken. That is until the one day he ran across a beautiful lady broken and bruised in her car. He wanted to save her. Like he wanted to save his sister. This was another chance to prove to himself that he was someone. Whether it be to her or an addition to their newly formed family. What he wasn't prepared for was the way he would love Savannah and everything apart of her.

Savannah wanted to be heard. She wanted to be special and loved by someone. She thought she had that with her boyfriend. That is until the one day she had enough of the abuse and hurtful words. For four years she endured his pain. Four years of him tearing her down. She ran. She ran as fast as she could. She knew that one day she would have to face him again. That day came way to soon. She was pregnant with his son. She did everything she could to protect her baby and herself. But would it be enough? He was an oil tycoon with a lot of money. Money that could do anything regarding Savannah. Can Sin save her from the an abusive boyfriend?

Sin has some major triggers. Ones I was almost positive I couldn't get past. But the story behind the each character kept me reading. This book was really good. And I am so glad I kept pushing through.
5 stars for a very well thought out storyline.
Excellent building of each character.

Well, this book is certainly action packed and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

We start with Savannah. Life has not turned out how she expected it to and when she discovers something that will alter her world, she knows something needs to change.

Sin is held captive by the demons of his past. Not able to move on, he's simply existing. He has the support of his family, his brothers but that all changes when he spots a lonesome figure.

There is plenty going on in this story. You'll be on the edge of your seat and there's more than one character that you'll want to see annihilated. It's dark in places and full of redemption in others but can things end the way Sin needs them to?

The sub-characters are great! There are quite a few that piqued my interest but one in particular who's story I'm dying to get my hands on.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and I'm sure you will too.

I just finished SIN!!! AMAZING. I'm a big fan of a MC book but I've read some where I've just thought WTF?? Seriously!?? But I think Torrie portrayed the MC really well. They're not about malice and death, it's about family and protection, loyalty and love.

I don't like to revert to the story line in reviews as there's so much that can be a spoiler for others. I prefer to focus on how the book made me feel, and this book made me feel goooood, with a bit of angst and a touch of darkness thrown in. I really enjoyed SIN and Savannah's story, and boy, what a story. I was cheering for them all the way.

Overall a really good read, that deserves a 5 star rating. And I'll definitely be recommending it. And I'll definitely be keeping my eye out for LICKS release lol.

I had highly expectations... but not.

Be warned the hero slept with a whore still when he already met the heroine. Although everybody describe him like he is nothing like a biker man, and he is more than that and blah blah blah he still uses a clubwhore 🙄 my god, contradictory much?

Hell no. Bye.

MY REVIEW:

This character Sin is like no other I have read about and I decided to write this review because honestly it had to be done. I read this book twice, that's how good it was to me. I actually saw this book because it was a free book in my inBox, I read the description and was intrigued to read more on the story and so I did. So I put the description of the book before the review because I wanted to be able to tell you my likes, there was nothing in this book I disliked at all. First, I will start off by saying that I LOVED the cover it actually speaks volumes to the story. Secondly, the storyline....AMAZING! The story is like reading a newer more grittier version of Sons of Anarchy; this is how I wanted Jax to be mournful of having to kill at times no emotion when it was deemed necessary. Having the two worlds collide with Sin and Savannah bought on a rather heartfelt, action filled drama that I think anyone would love reading about. I can only imagine that there is someone in this world that would fight for me with such intensity. Finally, my recommendation is just this; no matter if you are a lover of romance, action, thrillers, mc club books this is a great read.

Great, great read! My favorite book of the year next to Tijan's Fallen Crest Series!

"There’s more sin in this body than there is savior, trust me.”

The DEVIL’S FURY series by Torrie Robles is off to an FANFREAKINGTASTIC start!

SIN is the angst-ridden, action-packed tale featuring Matthew “Sin” Sinclair, a fallen warrior whose inborn savior complex rises to the fore when, during a routine run for his MC club, he finds a battered young blonde passed out in her fancy BMW in the back of a convenience store. Driven by gut instinct, he whisks her to safety and when the black and blue Sleeping Beauty finally awakens she finds herself in the room of a handsome, hard bodied stranger, in a clubhouse inhabited by big, burly, tatted bikers with foul mouths and bound by a fierce code of brotherhood.

Savannah Ray finds shelter in the last place on earth she would imagine yet after her harrowing four year ordeal as a punching bag at the hands of her powerful, abusive oil tycoon boyfriend, she’s never felt safer. The Devil’s Fury take care of their own and when Savannah gazes into the soft, tormented blue eyes of Sin, her savior, she just might have found a place to heal and finally call home. But she is hiding a dangerous secret that could be a GAME CHANGER!

Turns out her rescuer, Matthew AKA Sin, is just as scarred and emotionally adrift as she is. Sin, a former Marine, is closed off from the world and is merely existing through life. He may have been born into the MC World but club life has never been in his blood and he had big dreams of being a private contractor with the military but his plans were derailed when family tragedy struck that forever decimated his heart. Ever since the gruesome deaths of his beloved sister and father, he's been on a mission to make something good out of his life but he is drowning in grief and self recrimination and on a path of vengeance that can only end in bloodshed.

“Sin, his eyes hold the Devil himself in their fury.”

Can these two damaged broken souls find healing, hope and sweet salvation in each other’s sheltering arms?

Wowza! I was hooked by this raw and palpable tale from page one! I love me a dark and gritty MC romance with a broody Alpha protector and omgggg did Ms. Robles deliver on that front. Sin stole my heart from page one and never relinquished it! I just adored how this sweet, honorable man made it his mission to safeguard Savannah from all harm even if it means protecting her from his own demons.

This is definitely a SLOOOOOOW burning romance and while I did get frustrated at how long it took Sin to stake a claim on his Sugar, because he didn’t want to taint her with his darkness, my heart ached for him throughout.. Sin was truly a tortured soul and despite how desperately he yearned for Savannah, he kept his distance because he believes that those he touched he ended up losing so he didn’t allow himself to get too close.

“My life brings nothing but destruction, and I refuse to destroy hers. I won’t taint her beauty with my sin.”

Of course he is her savior in every sense of the word-- and his noble sacrifice ultimately proves to be no match for the woman who engrained herself into his heart and brought joy and laughter and light back into his dark, dismal world.

“She’s my peace, my heaven, my sins’ salvation.”

I loved Savannah sweetness, strength, courage and resilience. Even after all she’s been through she’s a true survivor and has such a beautiful radiant inner light...so is it any wonder that Sin fell so irrevocably in love with her? There romance is rife with danger and tumult and they come from two entirely different worlds but ultimately these two kindred spirits battle hard to triumph over all adversity. She loves all of him—“all of my dark and light, the heaven and hell, the virtue and sin” and he loves her with equal ferocity!! Through his tender loving nurturing and the maternal support of his amazing mother Bianca, she slowly rediscovers the strong, confident woman she once was before her life became an utter nightmare.

I think the talented Ms. Robles did an incredible job entrenching readers into the gritty, oftentimes gruesome world of the MC club life and thought the ghetto dialogue was incredibly authentic! Furthermore, the sub-characters were a vital element of this book. The camaraderie between all of the MC men—Cut, Lick, Hawk et al—was highly entertaining as well! You could practically sniff all that testosterone in the air! Because even when they were at each other’s throats and razzing each other, you know without a shadow of a doubt that they would lay down their lives for each other without blinking an eye.

All in all, this book was a total page turner! It is chock full of bittersweet angst, danger, excitement, and gritty suspense! I was also swept away by the exquisite tenderness of this endearingly flawed couple and their pillow talk when they bared their souls and exorcised their ghosts was profoundly moving.

“He's gorgeous in the light, and breathtaking in the dark.”

I particularly relished how the author incorporated flashbacks to relay a good portion of the story…it was a very innovative approach and kept things fresh. Truly not a dull moment! My only gripe is that I do think the romance grew stagnant at times because the evolving relationship sometimes took a backseat to the MC Club drama and interaction with the various club members, and I felt the hero and heroine were “friend zoned “ a bit too long before the romance kicked into high gear. The first half was pretty introspective, focused a lot on Savannah and Matthew’s inner demons, emotional hang-ups and tumultuous pasts, and while I give kudos to the author for delving into these characters’ complex psyches and writing deep character POV that truly resonated, I would have also liked a little more emphasis on the spark and sexual desire between Sin and his sweet “Sugar.”

In all honesty, I was expecting this to be a steamier read throughout but when the couple finally consummated the relationship, it was definitely combustible! Speaking of fireworks, the climatic showdowns were uber-explosive, and jawdroppingly brutal, and had me gasping in shock and hanging on for dear life! I cheered when the bad guys got their comeuppance and the emotional payoff packed quite a punch and had me blinking back tears of joy!

That said, I did feel that the ending was a rather abrupt and would have enjoyed a more prolonged HEA with Savannah and Sin basking in their hard-earned happiness after all the pain and suffering they’d been through. But I take comfort in the fact that Lick’s book is next (SQUEEE!) and I have every confidence that we will get to revisit Savannah and Sin again in future installments and get updates on how they are doing!! Oh, and for the record, I demand that Cut and Lily’s story be told as well! I am utterly fascinated by their unique dynamic!!!

Bottom line? If you have a hankering for an emotionally charged, volatile and exciting MC romance that keeps you heart racing throughout, SIN is gonna rock your world!

FOUR SINALICIOUS STARS!!!

I received this book from the author for an honest review.
Oh man…this book has a lot going on. First and foremost, we are dealing with two broken people who find themselves when they need each other the most.
Savannah is just a broken shell or her former self. She has loved and lived with an abusive man but once she discovers she is pregnant, she runs. Sin/Matthew, is a shell of the man he could be because he blames himself for the brutal death of his sister and father plus letting down his soldiers in the war. When he sees Savannah, he does what he things is right and takes her to try and save her.
This couple faces A LOT. Matthew thinking Savannah deserved more than a bad man biker himself. Savannah dealing with her pregnancy and falling in love with the kind MC biker who is protecting her. They two are dealing with the push and pull they cause one another. They also must deal with their pasts coming back to haunt them. Savannah’s baby daddy won’t let her go, Sin’s jealous club girls, and Sin can finally confront the man who took half of his family in one night.
One top of all the twists and turns we see family.....a whole lot of family. Family is a big theme in MC novels and this novel doesn’t disappoint. We have a traitor in the mist of the family who cause the calm to be disrupted plus we have another family that needs to learn a few things about the Devil’s Fury….like don’t mess with theirs!

Sin & Savannah
Two people broken.
Two people living a life they didn’t want.
Two people thrown together
To keep each other safe;
One from their past, and one from their own misery.
Can he rectify a past tragedy?
Can she be his salvation?

WOW! I don't even know where to begin. This is not your insta-love kind of love story! This is a book about two people that have come from troubled backgrounds that carry serious scars that just have not healed yet. Two people that begin to spend time together because they feel a pull, a connection that they just can't fight. They become friends, each others confidants, soul mates! In each other they find their missing link, but Sin is having trouble overcoming one finally hurdle. He doesn't think he is worthy of Savannah's love. So if you are the kind of book lover that lives for a believable, heartfelt love story with some passionate and erotic love scenes and with characters that are so well developed that you feel like they are actual people from your own life, this book is for you.
It's definitely an amazing roller coaster ride as we are pulled through the trials and tribulations that this couple goes through as we journey through the pages. Another thing is we are introduced to an entire cast of amazing characters on this journey. Characters that we are told just enough about that we want to learn more. We are all left wonder what their history is and what could possibly be their future. These secondary characters are written with the same amount of commitment and passion that the main characters are written with. The path that Ms. Robles takes us down to show us all of this is an incredible one. The passion that she writes with and the style she writes is something that everyone should experience. She writes with her own heart and soul. The way she builds the story line feels effortless. It flows beautifully and never stalls out or ever feels like it's forced. This book has drama, passion, suspense, humor, amazing plot twists and a cover that had me at just a glance!
The talent this author has is unending. She designs her own covers, makes all her own teasers(which also are hot as he!!), and writes like a veteran author. The growth that I have seen in her work since her first book is amazing. She takes the feedback that she gets from readers, blogger and other authors completely to heart and uses it as a tool to better her art. And there is no other way of describing her work. It's ART! And like any kind of Art out there, a good artist works to refine it, to perfect it, and that right there is the exact description of Torrie! She does exactly that, and she does it because she loves it. Artists like Ms. Robles and many, many other authors, don't write and publish their work for money or fame. They do it because it's their dream. Well, Ms. Robles, congratulations, your not dreaming a dream anymore, your making it happen! Your living that dream. On behalf of book lovers like myself, thank you for sharing your God-given gift with us.

This is not my first read from Torrie Robles but it is my all time favorite one of hers.

Sin and Savannah's story will hold you captive from page one all the way to the end.

Savannah's life didn't turn out the way she expected. Born to an addict mother, adopted, then in a relationship, she no longer wants to be in. She needs a change, she needs out.

Sin has demons. Ones from his past that he cannot move on from. He's not living just existing from day to day. Until the day he sets eyes on Savannah. She does something to him. But at first, he thinks its just his protective nature because of his past. But all the brothers in the MC know different.

Will Sin be able to let go of his past? Can Savannah out run her past? Find out when you read SIN!!

My favorite kind of story....two embattled people with good hearts find each other and repair each other through an unexpected love. Insert a fantastic supporting cast of characters that made me want to binge the series, and antagonistic characters to make you want to reach in your kindle and smack them. Exciting, the characters and their backstories were well detailed and the pain, regret, and mistakes shined through to really develop them as real people you might actually meet in the street. Sin isn't your everyday Alpha, his sweet side is perfectly balanced with protector, yet vulnerable, and deliciously sexy. The action, the laughs, the happy, the feels, I loved every minute! Thankful to the author for providing a copy to review.

"Our love is new, but no less as important as others who have been with their soul mate for years. Savannah and I had this bond. We were once lost in a life we were both simply existing in. Niether of us living until the moment we found each other."

I fell in love with Devil's Fury. Matthew "Sin" and Savannah there are not words to describe how they made me feel.. I wanted to throats punch him then hug him when I was done. Her zest to live left me feeling vulnerable but determined. I found myself cheering for them even when I didn't like him ... Even when the girl in me screamed at him I wanted him for Savannah.. I would definitely recommend this to any and everyone and am sitting on pins and needles for Lick. It takes a strong writer to bring out the emotions I felt in this and she hit the nail straight on the head.. LOVED loved loved this book...

5 crazy stars!! Wow, what a great read!!

Savannah is in a abuse relationship with a very wealthy man (Tyson). She has been hiding it for years, it is horrible the things she had to endure. She has finally had enough but when Sin finds her she is all but dead. Savannah wakes up in a strange place smelling of leather and motor oil. Can't be worse then where she just left, can it?!?!

Sin "Matthew" is a biker. Though he hasn't always wanted to be, it's in his blood. Sin has an incredibly huge heart, especially for a biker. So when he witnesses a woman in the back of the car beat to hell he doesn't hesitate to take off and being her back to the club. Except the club doesn't want all this drama at their door. And now her rich crazy boyfriend is bringing problems trying to get his woman back. Will they put her on the street or can the group keep her safe?!?!

I love Sin and Savannah's story. I usually think biker books are over the top raunchy but this was perfect. Sin is the perfect biker. You can tell he is not made for the biker life, well that is until there is a blade in his hand. Bianca is such a wonderful woman I love her as well. I am disappointed in one person for being a rat but I will say I saw it coming. Cut I didn't like at first but now I love him to pieces and I want to know more about him and his lady!!
The banter in this story is great. The part with the vibrator...priceless!! When she was in the hospital at the end I was crying for the heart break that Sin has had to feel. His poor heart can't take anymore loss. This is a must read!!

I really enjoyed this book. Fast paced with plenty of action, this book grabbed my attention from the first page and didn't let go.

Savannah is stuck in an abusive relationship. When things go from bad to worse, Savannah knows she can't stay any longer. She knows she has to be the one to protect herself but she's not counting on Sin involving himself. I really liked Savannah. She's a surprisingly strong woman who even though her spirit has been bent, she's in no way broken by what she's been through.

I adored Sin. He's holding so much guilt and blame inside, there's no wonder he's so troubled. He's living a life he wouldn't necessarily have chosen but he's doing what he feels is the right thing. And that's a running theme with Sin. He's a protector, he's always looking out for his loved ones, he needs to keep them safe and when he meets Savannah, those protective instincts come out in full force.

This book is a bit of a slow burn (which I love). You get plenty of background so you feel like you have a connection with the characters. There's plenty of other characters that add to this story and help you get a sense of what the Devils Fury MC is all about. There's baddies for you to hate and you will hate some of them I guarantee it. A sweet but strong relationship that builds up throughout the book that had me praying for a HEA for Savannah and that has left me desperate for more from this series. I'm ready and waiting for Licks book which is next but it's Hawks story that I'm dying to get my hands on.

⭐️I was extremely lucky to receive an ARC copy of this book from the Author and LJ & CB Creative Images ⭐️

Found myself another new MC Author. Lots of hot, sexy, dominant Alpha Males in a new MC. It made a nice change that this wasn't an insta-love type story but one of 2 people that have gone through hell helping each other heal and falling in love along the way.

Sin finds Savannah broken, damaged and unconscious, he has an immediate need to protect her at all costs. The connection between them is brilliantly built up at a pace you could relate too. Fate brought them together and love hit when they least expected it.

All the secondary characters were brilliant and complimented Sin and Savannah well. Can't wait to read more of their back stories. I liked it when Cut started mellowing abbot, showing his softer side but oh can understand why he is so tough and hard as he is.

I was hooked from page 1, this book was full of pain, abuse, love, grief, healing, revenge, and passion. You are kept on the edge of your seat wondering what is going to happen. This is not a book to be missed.

A great read, dark and gritty, violent and sexy, alpha and caring. This was a new author for me and I really enjoyed the book.

Savanah is stuck in an emotional and physically abusive relationship with Tyson, rich and power hungry, who treats her like dirt. She falls pregnant and manages to escape, but just barely, taking a severe beating.

Sin (Matthew) is part of an MC, this life being in his blood, but not something he wants. He left and joined the military, but was badly injured and sent home, whilst still recovering suffered a massive family trauma which changed his life.

Sin finds Savanah unconscious in the back of a car and takes her back to the MC to try and help, being unable to just leave her.

This is a story of how these two broken people find friendship and slowly rebuild their lives whilst falling for each other. A great story with fantastic supporting characters, this is a slow build, but filled with heartache and passion. A great read, highly recommended, but be warned this is for mature readers only as it contains emotional and physical abuse, torture scenes and bloody violence.
