I enjoyed it. It's a pretty simple and quick read that offers hard information in a simple format.

I would totally recommend this to a newcomer to fitness and nutrition. Although it's not very detailed, it would be a great starting point for most folks.

This book presents much of the same material as The Muscle and Strength Pyramid - Nutrition by Ed Helms, where Andy was a co-author. I find that book to be more clearly written, well researched, and thorough.
