T.R. Briar was born in New Jersey, but grew up in the western United States, inspired through life by the beautiful vistas of the Rocky Mountains.

A student of many different art forms, he dabbles in painting, drawing, and design, both personally and professionally. He holds a degree in animation, and works with comic books. But above all, he's always had a fondness for creating characters and worlds, and telling their stories.
