Fairly decent, not as useful for me as I thought. The main concentration was geared toward policies and hiring procedures. For me, those are already set as I work for a municipality. I was looking more for interview techniques, things like that. There is some of that but the book is definitely geared more toward someone dictating their own hiring policies and probably vry useful in that situation.
