This was a useful idea without a particularly exceptional execution. It focuses on learning the intervals in various scales and modes, rather than just scale shapes, which is an interesting idea, but could perhaps have been organized a bit better. Since it was arranged in scale shapes, it mostly reinforced the scale shapes for me, though I did try to learn the intervals, and it may have helped a bit, but not to the extent that I had hoped.
