Welcome to a new way of experiencing thrillers! Here are five stories of transfiguration and metamorphosis. In other words—shifters! But these aren’t your run-of-the-mill shifter stories. The girls that dominate these tales break the traditional would-be victim stereotypes—and kick butt doing it!

This was a fun, light and quick read. The 5 stories had similar themes of supernatural elements, shape shifting and strong women, but they all still managed to be quite different. My personal favorites were Strange Rogue Beast by Jessica Ripley and The Shifter by Jenn Graff Litzenberger. Both their stories flowed really well. I liked Ripley's more mysterious and somewhat scary story and I enjoyed Litzenberger's style of writing and her characters.

This would be a great fun read during the Hallow
