Moving across the country was supposed to be a fresh start. I’d made mistakes, but I told myself I’d no longer prey on emotionally unstable women. I don’t do relationships—I’m a selfish bastard that enjoys not answering to anyone—and relationships mean being with only one woman. More often than not, one that carries emotional baggage, like cheating exes or worse—kids.

I love books told from the male POV and Kat T. Masen killed it! She made me both love and hate the hero. He was a cocky bastard for the most part, but thankfully he had some rather redeemable qualities.

Noah was a manwhore. Plain and simple. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with that. He was a single guy, out to have fun, and no one got hurt. What set him apart was that all of his conquests happened to be seeking a rebound and he seemed to always be at the right place at the right time.

No matter how many stories of love I read, I can honestly say nothing quite beats a good, solid rom com to make me swoon & chuckle as I fall through one funny scene after another. To find the right mix of characters, as well as a story line that can exploit the hilariously funny side of life & love – while pushing it to the limits of ‘OMG THEY DIDN’T JUST DO THAT’. I’m so fuckin happy to say that Mr Rebound was allll that & a whole lot more. Noah, Morgan, Kate & the rest of the c ...more

Noah Mason is Mr Rebound. He works hard and plays even harder. Quite happy with the life he's living, Noah doesn't 'do' relationships. He goes for the women that have just had their hearts broken and are looking for a rebound. All is going good until a rebound comes back to bite him on the ass, causing him more problems and forcing him to move and get a new job. Staying with his cousin Charlie and her family, Noah is determined to change his rebound ways and maybe think about settling down.

I have really liked some of the books by Kat T. Masen. My first book was #Jerk, and it felt fresh and was snarky and fast-paced and enjoyable. Mr. Rebound... didn't. It wasn't awful. I did feel that Mr. Rebound had a lot of good qualities, but there were several things that gave me kind of a gross feeling while reading. 1) Noah was a jerk. His whole schtick was that he preyed on rejected, relationship-grieving ladies. If he was such a chick-magnet, why did he have to prey on vulnerable women to ...more

Mr Rebound is a fun, fast read, with wicked hot sex and intense flirty tension.

If there is one thing you can guarantee while reading a Kat Masen book it's her hero's. I find it impossible not to love the hero's Kat writes, Noah was no different and despite being the biggest douche ever at the start my heart still thumped really hard and I found myself falling for him, big time, during this book.

Unfortunately, I found connecting with Morgan REALLY HARD. Yes her character is meant to be cold and h

Review by 'M&D's have you read book blog'

As I have come to expect from Kat, this book was quite well written and pretty upbeat with the right amount of humor.

I'll be honest though and admit that this wasn't my fav read of hers because I found the story kinda stagnant a few times, however, as it moved towards the ending it began making up for that little piece of misfortune.

I love books told by a male's perspective! This book made me fall in love with the main character & read his journey of heartbreak & more! I loved it!
Chasing Away Reality
Oh, how the mighty fall! I always love the set up in these kind of books. The beginning is all about how the guy is this womanizer who has no plans to settle down like the poor schmucks around him. He never has a repeat performance with the same woman and leaves a trail of very satisfied "customers" in his wake. Noah is no different. But he royally screwed up this time and hooked up with the wrong women. The first being the reason his life fell apart back home. The second? Well...she brought him ...more

Okay, be prepared to laugh our tush off while reading this book!

Love Romantic Comedies and this book delievered it. Had my cherries popping in excitement.

Morgan and Noah and the whole group of characters kept me so entertained with all their funny, witty and straight up off the wall antics.

Yep, this book will have you laughing and yelling out loud to your reading device saying "No they didn't" & "OMG no way" !

Such a well developed story and I found myself totally relating to some of the scen

A super hot and exciting book!! Noah hooks up with women that are brokenhearted, just call him Mr. Rebound. One such encounter turns out to be a huge mistake and causes his best friends to abandon him. He decides a move to the opposite coast is his best chance at starting over. Everything was working out until Morgan walks into his life. He's feeling things and acting in ways he doesn't understand. But Morgan has some pretty serious baggage of her own. Has Mr. Rebound finally met his match?

Mr. Rebound is a standalone romantic comedy, although fans of this author will recognise the secondary characters that pop up throughout.

Noah Mason is a predator. Nowhere near to settling down and dealing with the emotions of a relationship, he preys on women looking for a rebound. It has really worked for him and he is never short of a woman to warm his bed, a closet or club restroom. Until he chooses the wrong woman and finds himself flying across the country to start afresh. Kat T. Mason’s Mr. Rebound is one of those love stories that will make you want to shake your head at the same time that you laugh out loud.

That is exactly why I loved it.

It is romantic comedy at its finest.

Noah Mason is a self-confessed man-whore who avoids commitment at all costs. Intentional or not, he openly seduces and beds vulnerable women after a break up. Notably, he has made a sport of it; in fact, he seems proud of the collection of weak and defenseless women that he has amassed over

Wow, the angst in this book Noah is a tool, a d**k, a dipwad. By his own admission he describes his actions, waiting in bars looking for vulnerable, lost, heartbroken women, women who are in his words "broken" and he pounces...he finds them at their lowest, their weakest, uses it to his advantage, forgets their names, uses them up and moves on.. good thing he's pretty....then one night he meets a woman and after he is in his words "done with her" he does the unthinkable to Noah...he TALKS to her ...more

Mr. Rebound is told in the male POV which I loved immensely! I laughed out loud, smiled & frowned throughout the entire book.
Noah is absoutely someone you could have a love/hate relationship with! Such cocky hero! He is a huge womanizer and never wants to settle down which explains why he is known as Mr. Rebound. So Noah lands himself into some trouble with friends which prompts him to move to L.A. with family. From here he ends up meeting Morgan...

Enjoyable - Peanuts and all!

In between the CSI comments on blue light sources and the dangers of those bowls of peanuts left on the bar I thoroughly enjoyed this book.

Noah Mason is the ultimate dawg who picks up women looking for a rebound. Footloose and fancy free until he discovers he has just been with his best friend Benny's girl. Because of the problems this caused he heads to his cousin Charlie in California and her husband Lex gives him a role with their marketing team.

Then he meets Morga

Mr. Rebound is a fast paced, sexy, witty read. Noah is the rebound man, he is fine with it until it gets him trouble with his best friends and ends up across the country. Even with his past it doesn't stop him from messing around. Enter Morgan, the one woman who messes with Noah's head enough to have him questioning life. Morgan is confusing, her emotions and moods are all over the place. I love that we got Noah's perspective and I was connected to the characters and the story. Really enjoyable. ...more

4.5 fabulous stars! My first book by this author and it will not be the last. Noah.... I found him to be a cocky so and so, and I loved him! I loved the story being told in his POV (with a few chapters from Morgan's which was nice). I had lovely visuals of this hot specimen of a man and it was great seeing him change his ways as I turned the pages of the book. Such a fun, sexy read. I loved Morgan and all the other characters too. They played the perfect roles in the story. A really fabulous rea ...more

i love when the guy perspective is used in a book, and this guy is funny! i think people is pretty unfair to him back home, it's not like he did what he did knowingly he was screwing someone and specialy no who he screw! but i'd read kicking reality before reading this one without knowing it was kind of a series and now i'm very confused about the all triangle with Scarlet

Another fabulous read

This is another great story with amazing humour and drama.
Even though it is a standalone, they are better read in a certain order. I was gutted for Scarlett, as I read Kicking Reality first. But, now I've read this one I totally get their story and in the Morgan and Noah relationship train!

Unfortunately this book just didn't do it for me , Noah was a bit of a dick and Morgan was a bitch most of the time . Other reviews say otherwise and each to their own , you can't love them all and thats okay , it will not deter me from reading more from this author ☺

Kat is one of my favorite go to authors and this book was no exception! It started out a little too slow for my tastes but once it got going it is one of those books you have a hard time putting down. This book is told in Noah's POV which I'm not used to reading books in the male point of view but I enjoyed the male perspective for a change. We do get a couple chapters in Morgan's POV, but I would have enjoyed having a little more access to Morgan's thoughts and feelings as she seemed so reserve ...more

This book was so refreshing and beautifully written!

I love Kats style of the slow build without smashing everything in your face too soon.

Noah was a self-confessed Man Whore who hooked up with women that were more vulnerable than others, usually after a break up.

The thing with him though, was that he didn’t go looking too hard for these kinds of hook ups – the women literally flocked to him like he had a Neon sign flashing above his head saying “OPEN FOR BUSINESS”.

It's so difficult to review a book when you read them with a hunger to find out what happens next.

Meet Noah- Mr Tall, Dark and itching to cure your rebound issues. He will definitely sort out all the problems you have- for the next couple of hours. After that you are on your own.

Morgan has more secrets than the CIA and it is very obvious that girlfriend has issues. I don't know if it was just me but I found myself shaking my head at this young woman on more than one occasion. The fact that she s
