This book shared the simple facts of weight loss and keeping it off.

What I did like about the book was to consider foods like gluten foods are not as healthy as one may think because it can be high in sugar and carbs with less fiber to whereas you may eat more to get full. Therefore, Colleen Seward suggests to only eat if you have a gluten allergy.
