Anyone about to embark on a project involving a conversational user interface will get something out of this one. It's a quick read that offers an overview of the state of the field as of mid-2016 and provides good suggestions on how to organise the work and which tools to choose. I particularly like the moments where Alper offers his often irreverent point of view.

Full disclosure: Alper and I were partners at the now-dormant boutique playful design agency Hubbub, where several of the examples discussed in this book were created.

Liked the book. It's a relatively short book and that's a compliment. Drawback is that it focuses too much on tooling because I concluded that tooling is not mature enough to have an easy start. The industry is young and a lot of stuff needs to be refined.
