Review:
“Smiling as I push some hair behind her ear, and she nuzzles into my open palm. ‘I didn’t mind one little bit. In fact, if all it takes is for me to babble for a while to get you to kiss me, I think I’ll start talking again.’”

5 Techie stars!! Another great book in the series!!!

Techie is the brains, hence the name, of Satan’s Savages MC and he has no time for love. He’s a love them and leave them type. Shay was born into the club and the last thing her father and brother want is for her to fall for anyone in the club, let alone a biker. But she can’t help but lust after Techie. I mean how can you not. And when there’s a threat against her from a rival club, Techie does all he can to protect her. And while doing this they both fall for each other….

I think this book is my favorite out of the series to date!! I’m completely and totally head over heels in love/lust (whatever) with Techie!!! I loved his need to protect Shay! I mean every girl wants/needs a guy like this! Seriously another great book by K.E.!!!!

A great read. In my mind I divide up this book in two parts. First is Techie and Shay. You'll remember Techie in the other books when they were with the other MC chapter. Always so smart and quotes facts all the time. A bit of a playboy. In this chapter there is another tech guy and they constantly bump heads. If you think they didn't get along before just wait until Techie meets his sister. Thing is... she is just as smart... no smarter and she doesn't look like her brother. She is just his type...a missing piece of his puzzle.
Now what I call the second part of the book. It's a bit of an introduction to a spin off series of another chapter of the MC but this one is due to take part in America. There is also a bit of a wrap up. A lot of little things that get wrapped up so there isn't a bunch of loose ends. Now there is still one more book in this series but it's a Christmas one I think. Guess I better get on it to make sure. It's just a short one.

When quirky meets quirky

Yes two characters with high IQ's and geeky ways, perfect for each other, love at first intellectual conversation.

Techie is what his name suggests a technical, geeky biker guy.

Shay is the sister of Gadget who had higher hopes for his sister than settling down with a biker.

"You're my Leia"
"And your my Han.... before episode seven"

There's a lot going on in this book, you have issues surrounding the club, antics with Petunia the pig and other storys of other members which you expect but there's also short stories with extended characters so it isn't just focused on Shay and Techie.

I felt it was a little bit all over the place at times cramming all this into what was Techie and Shay's book.

A fun MC read with great character's that will give you lots of chuckles, an enjoyable read.

You'd think Techie would be geeky, well the man is to some extent, but dayum he can be all sorts of bossy, especially where his woman is concerned, “don’t you ever grab her like that again. Don’t you ever manhandle her.” I really liked this book, Techie could be awkward but that just made him more attractive. The men in this series are tight knit and I just enjoyed seeing them bust each other's balls at times.

Holy hell I absolutely LOVED Techie. He's hot and a geek and gives good sweet to boot. I loved Shay for him. She is his lobster. So very well matched as she is totally geek too. They have a few things to work out especially that overprotective brother of hers, but they do it together. She is strong and sassy and most definitely Techie's perfect match. I so enjoyed their story and can't wait to read more in this series.

I give Taken by Techie 5 hearts!

Okay, so let me start at the beginning, the front cover, I love a good cover, and this was not a good cover, this was an amazing cover, a hot as sin biker with a touch of sexy nerd, what more can you ask for! Only problem, it added some considerable time to reading the book as I didn’t want to turn the page!! But on the plus side, now I have an amazing image of Techie in my head to enjoy the story even more.

**swoon over the cover done** let’s move on to the story.

From the start I have been a huge fan of this series and have devoured every book, each one getting better and better. Techie’s story is sadly the last in the series, I for one could read about this MC family all day every day and would have loved to read a story about Gator (hint Ms Osbourn), but I digress…Techie has always been a character I wanted to read more about. Always the sensible articulate brother, I needed to see him lose control and show some real passion, and boy did he ever. From the minute he sees Shay, game over, I loved it.

The intensity of the feelings they have for one another and the overwhelming need he has to protect her is sweet. He makes a silly rash decision very early on, but luckily for him Shay is a strong and determined young lady and isn’t afraid to do what she wants, I loved that about her; she was confident and stood up to the overbearing men in her life - brother, father and boyfriend all strong dominant MC brothers!

As the last book in the series, the author has had to utilise this story in order to give closure to all the unanswered questions and unfinished business throughout the series. This can be hard to do, however not for Ms Osborn I felt she did this beautifully. I loved seeing Adam back in the book; he had always played on my mind and I wondered what revenge/retribution he would seek, and am glad that the author decided to let his story play out in this book, it gave me the closure I need for his character. It was also great to catch up with so many of the characters I have come to love throughout this series, Lookout, Jigsaw, Behemoth, Crash, and even Jackson, that kid cracks me up.

This book took me on a roller coaster ride of emotions; fear, anxiety, love, grief and sadness to name just a few. Thankfully there were plenty of laughs courtesy of petunia the tea cup pig and Jackson. Not only was this book everything I had come to expect from this author, but it was also very educational, I especially loved the Techie-Gadget battle, so amusing.

Overall another fantastic book from an amazingly talented author; I can’t wait to see what come

I had 2 reviewers review this book and I got mixed reviews. I am going to attach them both to this one post!

I love this series more and more with every book. I was so excited to get the chance to review another book from this series. Taken by Techie was probably my most favorite because you get to read about all the club members. I don't think their is one characters that I didn't love and all of them are hilarious. Petunia the tea cup pig made me laugh so hard and was such an added bonus to every book especially when she ate the 65,000 ring. Techie was one character that I didn't know a lot about before reading this, but I quickly fell in love with him and Shay. They were two nerds who were destined to be together even if Shay had a better IQ. Also, I was glad to see the happy ever after of my favorite couple, Flame and Steel. I loved how this book differed from the others because it was mostly about love and family. It brought a side of the bikers you never really see throughout the series and that's the love that they have for their brothers as well as their old ladies. I also was glad to see Stealth come back and make things right with his family. I couldn't ask for a better series and one that I will be rereading in the future. MC's are my favorite and K.E. Osborn knows how to write an unforgettable story. This book was reviewed for HeadTripping Books by Leandra

Ok so I really wanted to like this book. I mean u have a hot geeky nerd biker and come on doesn't the thought just make ur panties wet! Alas, I didn't get my wish. There is a lot and in my opinion too much going on in this book. The story lines from previous couples really overshadowed the story of Shay and Techie. It's a very fine line when u write a series about how much of the other characters to put into the new book and in this book the answer is just too dam much. I liked Techie and Shay but even then the chemistry fell a little flat. Techie was a much more developed character than Shay in my opinion. Loved the premise but fell flat on delivery.

"She's the piece that has been missing my entire life. The piece to my heart that completes this technical puzzle."

The aftermath of putting Mad Dog down isn't as smooth sailing as expected. Actions have consequences and unfortunately for this MC the only acceptable payment is in blood. With loose ends to tie up and unfinished business not everyone will survive...

The Aldinga Chapter is sent into a tail spin when once again a problem lands on their doorstep. Calling in all the family members and going on lock down is all they can do until the decide their next steps. Being in close proximity to all the loving couples and family members makes Techie take stock of his life. His best friend Steel is about to settle down and is totally taken by his Flame but where does that leave him now that he is no longer the MC Secretary? Unhappy with his himself a purple haired woman with ice blue eyes has the most curious effect upon him. The unknown is revealed to be his nemesis's sister and even that fact isn't enough to stop him. She has unleashed his heart from its cage of fact and reality letting it beat strongly for the first time.

With ongoing club drama this plot line really develops ongoing threads and see's the boys grow up and mature a whole lot. Putting on their big girl pants , this isn't just Techie's story but also Steel's and Gator's too. I felt like I was in a whirlwind whilst reading this story and I was totally caught in the storm. At first it's all great and heartwarming but before you know it there is death and brain matter oozing. I was shocked and thrown by the plot twists and turns but loved every page.

A wonderful four and a half star read.

Is there anything better than sexy-nerdy?
Two people with high IQ's, similar lifestyles but completely different social skills!
Techie, I loved him from the beginning. He's brilliant, sexy and a bit socially challenged. He doesn't really believe in love, even though his best friend seems to have found the one person custom made for him. He's fine with club girls but when it comes to a woman who makes him feel, he turns into a blubbering fool.
But it's sexy because he's Techie, you'll see what I mean he's just too adorable to not love.
Shay shows up when the club calls lockdown. She is immediately drawn to Techie but there's a problem, her brother.
Gadget and Techie are always at each others throats, trying to prove who's smarter. Gadget was a member first so he has seniority, which makes things really complicated when Techie starts to fall for Shay.
They hide their relationship and feelings start to grow. Then there's a threat to the club and Techie does the only thing he knows to do to keep Shay safe, he leaves her.

For such a smart man he really does know how to make a stupid decision!
He's broken without her, unbearable to be around.
Can he admit he made a mistake and fix it or is Shay truly done with him?

Loved these two. Their brains, their chemistry and Shay's strength. She's a strong, independent woman. She doesn't need someone to hold her hand every step of the way an that made me love her, she's not whiny and doesn't give up on achieving her goals.
Another great addition to the Satan's Savages MC series, I can't wait for the next one!

Review: Taken by Techie
Written by: K.E. Osborn
Stars: 3.5 *** 1/2

I received an ARC of Taken by Techie written by KE Osborn for an honest review.
This was the first book I have ever read by KE Osborn it was a nice read and I now have a new author I will check out. Taken by Techie is book #5 in the A Satan's Savages MC Novel, it says you do not need to read books 1-4 but after reading book 5 myself I would recommend that you do read books 1-4 in order if you want to know who the players are and what the issue that plagues the Club is, basically to understand and follow along. I believe if I had started with book 1 I would have followed along better and understood the writing method of KE. However without the previous books you still get a nice read. I did notice that while the book was called Taken by Techie you get a little more about the other club members mostly more about Steel who is Techie's best friend that is one of the reasons of why I'm given a 3.5 star instead of five, I would have liked to have gotten more about Techie and Shay since this was suppose to be Taken by Techie. KE includes the other MC members and the story goes all over the place with the MC brothers, I did get lost a little with the epilogue going on to another MC brother. It's nice that the club is all tied together in a book but it does bounce around a little to much between Steel and Techie and then towards the end another brother/character from previous book. (Kinda like my review tonight

This is the fifth book in the Satan's Savages MC series. Although it's recommended to have read all the previous books, I haven't and completely enjoyed 'Taken By Techie'.

This is Techie and Shay's story. Techie is geeky, smart and hot. Shay is his perfect match. She's intelligent, sassy and stubborn. She is also supposed to be off limits.

This book is full of twists and turns that kept me completely engaged and enthralled with the plot. I cannot wait to go back and read all the previous installments in this series, and any future additons to this series.

Being an Adelaide local I was quite familiar with the locations that were described in this book.

The characters are like-able, and interesting. I loved their shared banter and on more than one occasion I was laughing out loud. I loved that the author had moments of humor mixed in with the darker elements of this book.

This book is a great MC romance with a wonderful mix of romance, suspense and heat with heartwarming and humorous moments. It also has moments that are quite angst filled and edgy and dark.

I look forward to reading more from K E OSborn. Although this was my first time reading her work, it definetly will not be my last. I highly recommend Taken By Techie.

This is the first book set in the new compound of the Aldinga chapter.

We've known Techie since book one. He's always been a bit quirky, a little bit geeky, a bit of a man whore but loveable with his weird little facts outbursts and his crazy huge knowledge base.

He's feeling a little left out now that his bestie, Steel, is settling down with Willow. He doesn't get the whole love thing. That is until a club lockdown brings Shay to the clubhouse, and from the moment he first sees her he is smitten. Aww this was so sweet and a little bit funny when they first meet and the way he just blurts out random stuff. Shay was a great addition to the cast, so to speak, and she fits in brilliantly with the Ol' Ladies and is the perfect partner for Techie.

There were quite a few nasty surprises in this one, all fitting of course, but I did feel that one particular incident felt like it just got brushed under the carpet kind of. It was like, ok so that happened, now lets go do something else. It was just a bit weird how it was done and dusted, then seemingly forgotten about. I know you're probably thinking, "what are you talking about?," but I can't say because it will be a big spoiler, but once you read the book, I think you'll know what i'm talking about.

Anyway, I really did like this one, maybe not quite as much as the previous ones, but it was a good addition to the series and I give Taken by Techie 4 stars.

Ms. Osborn has outdone herself with Techie. What an amazing story! Not only is it is Techie’s personal story, but the author brings you up to date on the club members and closes several sub-plots from early books in this series. Ms. Osborn; this was a Nice Touch and made the book/series all the better.

Techie doesn’t believe in love, at least not the happy ever after kind. But when he meets Gadget’s sister Shay, during a club lockdown, Techie starts to question a lot of things. What he finds in Shay turns his whole world upside down and that’s when the fun begins. She is not only club royalty she has a higher IQ than Techie and she’s everything Techie never knew he really wanted!

But can Techie make her his and does he even want to try considering the life he leads? And what about Shay? Is she even attracted to Techie and does will he fit into her life and career path? When trouble makes it’s way to the club can Techie keep her safe while he figures out what’s going on between them? And let’s not forget her brother and fellow club member, Gadget, who hates Techie. What’s going to happen if Techie starts dating his sister? So many questions and hurdles to jump over but it's a fun read.

2 Thumbs Up for a great storyline that will have you laughing, crying and pulling your hair out - but it’s so worth it. This is an awesome book/series that you don’t want to miss!

I absolutely loved this book, actually the whole series has compleately knocked me on my ass!!!... And i've been waiting patiently (well almost) for Techie's story... And Ms Osborn delivered it perfectly, and then some!!!
Techie is a patched member of Satan's Savages MC. Not one to settle down and find love... Yet when he sets eyes on another member's sister... He can't stop thinking!!!
Shay is the younger sister of Gadget, who is extremely protective of her. Her instant attraction towards Techie... Changes everything... Forever!!!
With twists and turns throughout the pages, and a brilliant mind blowing conclusion... I couldn't stop reading once i began!!!
With the return of a few characters within the series and a few new ones, it's written with a passion, that pulls you right into the story and makes you feel like you're a part of it!!!
I recommend for everyone to read this 10/10 kickass book because you'll be taken on a truly amazing journey!!!... And i can't wait to see what KE has planned next... Whatever it is... Will be guaranteed to stay with you... Forever!!!

I received a copy of this in return for an honest review. Oh I definitely enjoyed this one, in fact several parts gave me the giggles because it reminded me ... of me. Like Techie and Shay, I have a thing for facts and have a habit of throwing them out there (basically from left field) and those that are having the conversation with me end up with a wtf look on their face. So I got a real kick out of reading two characters who love random facts as much as I do. There is also nothing better than a man with brains, talent, brawn and knows how to use them. I must admit though my IQ is not anywhere near the level of these two, Techie managed to drop mine to levels that ended up being along the lines of OH MY GOD, HOT and please let there not be drool coming out of the side of my mouth. I also loved the fact that both Shay and Techie are geeks after my own heart, the MC world is enriched by the geek factor, sheer brilliance.

Finally Techie's book! I love this quirky man, glasses and all. A one time non believer in love he finally finds his match. Shay is the daughter of a founding member and brother to Techies arch nemesis Gadget. When he first lays eyes are her he knows she's different and can't wait to get to know her. Right off the bat he knows she was special and not just another girl. These two together are really cute, she is very smart also so they really are a perfect match.
We get to see what's going on in our other favorite characters life too, which I loved. These books have some of the best characters that you can't wait to hear more about. This book has it all, it's sexy, suspenseful and at times emotional. The writing was wonderful and your going to love the story. It's define its a must read.

Taken by Techie was another great book in the Satan Savages MC series. Techie was such an enjoyable character and was so fun to read about. Techie is the smart biker in the club, which has quirkiness about him that I couldn’t help but love from the start. In Taken by techie, Techie finally found his match with Shay. Shay was an incredible character to read about and I loved the way she got Techie in a way no one else does. However, this book took me for on an emotional roller coaster, with the heart-warming scenes between Techie and shay, the laugh out loud moments with Techie and Steel and the heartbreaking moments that occurred in the club.

This was such an enjoyable read and was another great addition to the series.

This series is a must read for any MC fans.

I thought this was a great book in this series. Best friend to Steel, Techie was always the smart one. Have fun with woman but never settle down. It was not for him. When he meets Shay, there is something about her. Now he is wondering if they could be more. Danger is surrounding the club and also Shay, will it prevent a HEA for them? I enjoyed this book as it also included how the others in the club are doing. We see how Steel and Flame are fairing with their new club and their life together which was great to see. Enjoyed the closure of the questions I had from the prior books. Great one!

Pretty sure this is my favorite book in this series. I didn't think I'd be able to have a favorite but this one had such hilarious moments, some smoking hot times, then you have the suspense, action, mystery and heartbreak. It will have you feeling so much. These two characters are ones that will keep you entertained to see what will come out of their mouth next and lets not forget all the secondary characters. They will have you completely engrossed in this book and dying for the next in the series. K E Osborn did another wonderful job giving us more in this series. I highly recommend this book and this series.

I really liked Shay and Techie!! Their chemistry was brilliant! And that soft side of Techie was really nice to see!

I liked that we got a lot of flame n steel's story continue throughout the book. From the adventures with the ring to them getting Jackson and then getting pregnant them selves and getting engaged.

I liked that there was some of the other guys (and girls) POV's towards the end of the book....but I wasn't all too keen on the epilogue being from Steel's POV....only because it was Techie's book...was just a little weird?!?

Techie...the guy who can tell you factual paragraphs about anything! I really think he has been my fave of the MC for a while.

Now he has moved to a different chapter he sees his bezzie getting on with his life and I think for the first time ever that he wants more....enter Shay.....

'Shay is my aphrodite'
'I want it to be....fucking roses and picket fences'.

This series is not a typical MC read...yes there is violence and the men are manly men but with a very light, soft, humerous side.

Another fast paced exciting and sexy installment in the world of The Satan Savages. The club is under attack, and when they're forced to go into lockdown their tech guru Techie realizes something is missing in his life, he finally met his match. Meeting Shay was not what he expected. Not one used to romance, he may be a tech guru, but he has a lot to learn when it comes to romance.
Can romance survive despite the attack on the club?

This book is worth more than the 5 stars but that's as high as I'm allowed, its not often a book can make me lol but this one did, but it still had that edge to it with the drama of all. Congratulations. I have told all my mates about this series and the author.

Another great series comes to an end

Techie and Shay brought the series to a happy ending. There was a lot of love through all the danger and violence. K. E. Osborn, you're a fantastic author. So glad that Adam came through his ordeal to return to his family.
