There are times in your life when you feel low, totally self-unworthy, and blah blah! For all guidance in my life , I turn to books. And i turned to this for correcting my mind. The most amazing thing was the set of exercise you do along. You feel it's a part of life, an ongoing experiment, which when you will do, you will achieve everything you desire for.
The most fabulous and interesting thing happened to me which I would urge each and every one of you to do. In one of the exercises, the author asks you to write the list of people who rejected you, insulted you, told you that you were not good enough! Surprisingly, the list came out too short! Too short to even let it get in your mind. I realised, how we let these "few" people let our minds go in panic mode and for months and years think , "we are not good enough'!
Don't let these few people get in your mind. Everyone is unique in their own way! Make this list and fuck these people out of your life and mind!
