A good book with an abundance of recipes, there are chapters on Indian, Asian, Middle Eastern and Mexican bites, albeit with a slightly western idea of what these flavours should be. There is also sushi and sweet bites, so all in all it is a pretty good collection, and covers a lot of ingredients.
Update: I tried several recipes, none of them worked if I stuck to the ingredients, some things were too little or too much, so this book is doable if you have experience, or need ideas.

A keeper. So many ideas that are so very useful. A lot of familiar items you simply forget, like mini pizzas and twists, or Parmesan Tuile cones. You have to be a serious killjoy not to love this book. Well done.
