One of my favorite collections as a child. I was fortunate enough (thanks internet) to find a copy recently to share with my own kids.

The best illustrations and retellings of these classic tales! I absolutely love this version of Aesop fables!

This book has nice, simple re-tellings of 28 fables. The illustrations are great, but I wish there were more of them. I guess I'd prefer just 15 or so fables with more pictures to go along with them. When it comes to picture books, give me lots of pictures!
