Tries to be inspirational, but it's a bit dull. Not particularly helpful.

Very helpful in putting your life into perspective when it's overrun by guilt. The book is composed as a series of essays written collectively, each being a chapter on one word and how it reflects or make you look at the effects of guilt in your life. As you move through the book, it also gives you advice on how to handle guilt in certain situations.
