This is the second book in the Boys of RDA series.

This is book two in the boys of RDA series. I recommend reading book one in the series because it's a really good book. You could probably just read this Book as a stand alone but the whole series is good and you'll get more details starting from the beginning. Simone Stevens is on vacation with her family on a tropical island when she meets Trey Good. He is a CEO for a gaming company. Simone lives in NYC while Trey lives in San Francisco so while a real relationship isn't liable to happen they ...more

Well this was definitely a more hilarious and complicated story, even if it followed the same pace as Rush. Maybe it's the San Fran vibe?

Simone and Trey are perfect as a couple but they certainly shine as individuals as well. They compliment each other and don't need the other to carry a scene. I actually wish it was dual POV because Trey's blunt honesty was equal parts hilarious and refreshing.

Once again, what I expect is not what I got. These gamers sure know how to switch it up on you and I l

So have you read the first book in the RDA series?! If you haven't don't worry you can still read it after this it seems these can be read as a stand alone or in a series and with the amount of yummy man candy in these books who wouldn't want to read both!! so let me tell you a little about this book the second one I n the series focuses on Trey the strong and quiet type or is just moody who knows but hes hot! And we get to see a little more of the softer side of him in the book it mainly revolv

I liked this second installment and loved Trey and Simone, but I felt like there was something missing and after two days I have finally figured it out. There isn’t any reference to Simone’s friends or family after the beginning quarter to third of the story except for a brief conversation with her sister. Think there could have been more than there was. There were tears shed by me a few times.

Lag by Megan Matthews is the second installment in her Boys of RDA series. Lag tells the story of New Yorker Simone Stevens and San Franciscan Trey Good, CEO of RDA. Simone is single and loving it. She is enjoying her island vacation with her family, despite the matchmaking machinations of her mother. She has no interest in an island romance and the only thing she wants to work on is her tan. That all changes during an accidental meeting with Trey Good. While their first encounter i

Lag is the second book in the RDA series. RDA is a video game development company owned by Finn, who book one focused on and operated by Trey Good, who book two focuses on.
Although book two focuses on Trey, it is told in the point of view of Simone. Trey and Simone meet on vacation In the Bahamas. They decided they would have a vacation fling. Trey is a CEO of RDA in San Francisco and Simone is an Executive Assistant for an Accounting firm in New York. They live on opposite sides of the country

Lag is the second book in the Boys of RDA series. This story features Trey, Finn’s best friend and business partner. Trey, Finn, Grant, and their friend Ryland started the video game business together. Since selling Dragons Reborn Trey has taken on more and Finn has retreated to the behind the scenes role he prefers.

Trey takes a well deserved vacation to the Bahamas where he meets Simone at the pool bar. There is an instant attraction between the two and they decide to throw caution to the wind

This is book two to the series The Boys of RDA. The book is written in such a way that it can be read as a standalone. It was enjoyable to delve deeper in the character of Trey Good. I didn't like him much in part one but after reading this book, I'm glad the author decided to focus on him. It was nice to peel back some layers and see the real him. I like him much better now.

Lag by Megan Matthews is the second book in the Boys of RDA series. Simon Stevens is on vacation and all she wants is a tan. Working with high class clients in New York has pushed her to needing this time not just wanting it. Her mom wants her to use this time to find a man, she thinks her clock is ticking, but Simon just wants to relax. That is until she literally elbows the man of her dreams in a not so good place.

Book two in The Boys of RDA, Lag, By Megan Matthews was a nice read, if you read book one RUSH you know the story of Finn and Aspen. Book two is the story of Simone and Trey. In book one Trey comes off like a huge douche, in this story he still does. Haha. Simone and Trey meet on a cruise by her accidently hitting him in his crowned jewels, and they spend the remaining days just hanging out. They are in two different cities it would never work if they tried for more right? But what if one of the ...more

After reading Rush, I was so excited to read the rest of the series. I did have a bit of a soft spot for Trey in the first book. So, I was really glad that he got his own book and was able to tell his story so that we could understand him a bit better.
Simone is awesome. There are no other words to describe her. Her and Trey make such a good couple and I am glad they met how they did. I was actually laughing out loud to that bit.
Trey at times in the book was very sweet and it made me love him.

This is a new author and series for me and I found the book to be engaging and very interesting and it held my attention the end. Great story line with well defined characters and personalities and lots of gaming references, as I am not a gamer I appreciated that the author elaborated on some of the terms in the book like "lag". I have not read any of the prior books but I did not feel like I was missing out at all. When Simone and Trey meet for a second time at a work function, Trey is a comple ...more

I'm not sure where to start. The beginning of this story starts off great and then died immediately after a death in the family. Trey and Simone have a little chemistry, nothing about their actions or reactions made it seem like they were really into each other. They meet by accident and go their separate ways without so much as a kiss. Now, back to the death in the family, it through me off completely. For me, it could've made an entrance on a different book, not a charming love

Simone needs a vacation badly as she is a financial adviser and things are not going as planned. Trey is the CEO of a gaming company and needs a vacation and he ends up meeting Simone, will this just be a holiday fling where they go there separate ways at the end of is it more that they need to explore. This is book two in The Boys of RDA series. This is Trey Good 's story. This character comes with layers and we get to know him alot better in this book. Simone is at the beach for tan, not a man. Trey is at the beach for his only vacation. The two hit it off and agree to keep each other company for the remaining of their trip. Of course the trip comes to an end but does their fling? I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. Book two in the Boys of RDA series is about Trey and Simone. They live on opposite sides of the country but paradise brings them together. At the end of their time together, they just thought they were done with each other. Megan at times wishes they were done. They will have to work thru some obstacles to stay together. I thought the writing by Megan was well done one again. I personally did not think highly ...more

Lag was a wonderful book full of emotions. Your emotions will run the gamut of emotions. Lag will keep you guessing and ends with the promised HEA. Well, there is a cliff hanger as Lag is the second book in the Boys of RDA. It can be read as a stand alone but would be better if you read the first book before this one so you get the references to the first book (or for those who did read the first book then the references from Finn’s and Aspen’s love story. Book 2 in the RDA series. I was hoping for someone to be able to calm Trey down. He always seemed on edge. But after he explained how he can't fail Finn, I understood him a little more. Simone was the perfect person for him. I enjoyed reading the progression of their relationship and how Trey wouldn't give up. Aspen, Marissa, and Amanda brought Simone into the group and were there when she really needed someone.

Overall I liked the book, but the ending seemed a little rushed to me and left me wi

Simone Stevens meets gorgeous Trey Good on vacation in the Bahamas. Simone and Trey are attracted to each other but it would never work between them, as he's in San Francisco and she's in New York. When Simone gets back from her vacation, she accepts a promotion and moves to herr company's San Francisco office. What happens when Simone bumps into Trey in San Francisco?

Lag is a fun, drama-filled and steamy story that will pull you in. I can't wait to read Grind, Book 3 of The Boys of RDA series.

Lag take us back to the men of RDA. Trey is a complicated man who doesn't realize that he is in an unhealthy arrangement. Simone is easy going, yet determined to make her mark. These two meet while on vacation and agree to a fling.

Simone end up taking a promotion and ends up in San Francisco where Trey lives. They end up running into each other and sparks continue to fly. Can Trey workout his situation before he looses Simone? Can Simone move past all the obstacles that are continually thrown i

Another book in the boys of RDA series. I loved this book, the instant connection between Simone and Trey was there from they first met when on holidays. What was meant to be a holiday fling turned into more when Simone got a promotion and moved cities and by fate met Trey again. Things didn’t run smoothly for them, especially when the crazy Mari finds out about them. A book full of love, romance, suspense, sadness and laughter. Definitely worth a Read! I am not sure just what it was about this book that could not keep me interested. The characters all felt a little bit flat and uninteresting. There were points where it was cute but it ended up coming across as rather lackluster in general which really surprised me since I love the Pelican Bay Security series so much. I will not give up on the series though and intend to continue reading it in the hope that this was just a one-time instance for Ms. Matthews and that the future books will improv ...more

I had really high hopes for this book as I loved the first one. It started off strong and fell to pieces. Then they never really put them back together. I was disappointed in how she just let him back in her life. I have read a lot of books where the guy is dominate but caring. Trey just was domineering, controlling and mean at times. You never do get the sense that he cares. Then it ends. Wasn’t a great book in my opinion.

Trey and Simone has an explosive chemistry even if he has he head in places where he cannot see it until it is almost too late. Simone's life takes a really bad turn, but with even this fate has great plans. We also see bits and pieces of Aspen and Finn from Rush. I loved how it played out and I would recommend it to others!

Simone gets away from the pressure of NY and vacations in the Bahamas. She meets Trey and they talk and become friends. They don’t want to go farther as they don’t think that it will go anywhere. But after they return to their homes her job seems to be different. Then she runs into Trey again. Will they become more now?
