A beautiful little book with accessible information on the breath. Would make a great gift for someone looking to find calm in their life or for someone new to exploring mindfulness.
Oleksandr Golovatyi
small light and warm book that can be enjoyed in 10 minutes. The book is about the incredible importance of breathing on all the sires of human life.

With all due respect for the author (I love his other books) - this book is a rip off. It is way too short and way too basic. If you have basic knowledge about mindfulness do not spend money on this.

Also it is useless if you buy it as an ebook for kindle because the letters and too small and you cannot write on the pages where that is required because ewritting option does not exist.

Overbodig boekje, redelijk oppervlakkig. Je leest er in een kwartiertje door.

вдих-вид ...more

The content is pretty basic. If you already meditate, you may not find anything new; and if you’re not familiar with meditation, I’m not sure this is going to convince you to try. That said, it’s a really short book and won’t take you much time. I listened to the audiobook (read by the author) so it’s even less effort. The last half of the book is all guided meditations, which I appreciate and can see myself going back to.

I fell in love with this book the moment I saw its pages. It is so beautifully made with lovely colours and graphics. Just looking at the pages is very soothing! I read it in one sitting, although this isn't one of those books that you read in one go and get over with. I will definitely be going over this book a few more times as i slowly try to adapt what it teaches into my life. It's short, to the point and well written. But I think it can only be effective if you keep going back to

This is a great little book. I ordered it as result of being a fan of Williams and Penman's 'Mindfulness: Finding Peace in a Frantic World', an all-time classic. When it first arrived in the mail, I was a bit disappointed, thinking I was going to be receiving something a little more dense and weighty. Instead, it turned out to be a designy little volume with lots of space and high-readability which, it transpired, was an excellent outcome and exactly right for the subject matter.

Nice and clear

I am so impressed with clear thoughts so beautifully expressed. Even though concepts mentioned in the book seem to be simple, a big effort is required to deliver them right to people's minds.

A beautiful book that fills you with both inspiration & Calm. Anyone unsure of meditation, anyone who’s found the concept baffling in the past needs to read this. Buy the actual book though - that’s a treat in itself ❤ ...more

When beautiful illustrations marries good content, this book comes to life. I enjoyed it very much to the point I sensed a change in my behaviors after reading it, it's insane I know. Highly recommended.

Good book, isn't much new there for people who read similar books a lot, but the edition is beautiful and can serve as a great source of inspiration when you loose the motivation.

Quick and easy to read. The book is based on the author's personal experience with using breathing during a traumatic situation. I like the way it is broken up into short sections with a clear message and practical meditations. The lay out and way it is written make the messages in the book inspiring and motivating. One part near the end, relating to the science of molecules, was a little clumsy. This book is designed to draw people into the idea of mindfulness without overwhelming the reader wi ...more

A really interesting quick read about living in the moment, the importance and positive benefits of mindful breathing. Beautifully illustrated, with attractive layout and very tactile cover. It's worth buying the book version rather than ebook - well worth the little extra.
