A Kiss to Keep You (perfectly titled by the way) is sweet, touching, and bloody brilliant. Brute is such a beautiful soul and is gorgeous in his imperfections. He truly embodies the notion of perfectly imperfect.
Bex and Brute make for a loveable couple to follow. I was so proud of their wins, their determination to battle and succeed. MariaLisa deMora created an emotive, gripping, and sexy story. Bravo.

Short, sweet and lovely.

Sometimes a few short words is all that is necessary. Brute and Bexley's story was just so freaking cute and adorable! Definitely a great little story to perk one up after reading Watcher's book...loved these two!

More deMora Magic

MariaLisa deMora has given us some of the best biker action and, conversely, some of the most poignant scenes ever written. But what I love most about her writing is the way she always constructs her central characters in layers, like papier mache or mille-feuille. Rather than being dropped on us as complete beings that meet a certain description and serve a certain purpose, they are slowly brought to life with delicately-revealed emotions and flaws, along with attributes we wou
This is my confession: Brute and Bexley...completely and utterly SWOONWORTHY, and I'm not a swooner so thats saying something. One thing I can say about this author is that she has the uncanny knack for totally obliterating you with one book and then totally switching the game and 'wooing' you with goodness. Even though this is a novella it had firmly claimed a spot in my 2016 favorites.

I absolutely adored this shorter MC story. This fantastic tale is ALL about the romance!

We get Brute and Bexley; Brute carrying extreme external scars and Bexley carrying internal scars. It's like Beauty and the Beast; twisted up a bit and shaken, not stirred.

Brute is a man of character, a good man, a terrific brother to his fellow MC members. He sees what he wants and just can't stay away from it. Unfortunately, his visage keeps him where she can't see him.

Bexley; a beautiful but quietly shy

As always, MariaLisa deMora delivers a story that pulls you in and keeps you there. Her Rebels are a close-knit family that I enjoy visiting with every time.

I love all of these books and this one is no exception! Brute is my new book crush and Bexley rocks! Plot is fabulous and, as always, the characters are brilliantly written xxx

This definitely drives home the message that "It's not what's on the outside, it's what's inside that counts". In this we meet Brute who has been left horrifically scarred during his time in the Army.
Due to this, he's a very introverted person but his scars do have their uses.....
Then we meet Bexley. She isn't bothered by his looks, she can see that inside he's beautiful and like him she is also scarred but not visibly.
This was such a fantastically written story, and flowed brilliantly.

Raised in the south, MariaLisa learned about the magic of books at an early age. Every summer, she would spend hours in the local library, devouring books of every genre. Self-described as a book-a-holic, she says “I’ve always loved to read, but then I discovered writing, and found I adored that, too. For reading … if nothing else is available, I’ve been known to read the back of the cereal box.” ...more
