I got this for Christmas in 1998 and it was my favorite present. I ate it up in two days. I started training soon after and trained through the summer (for the St. George marathon) right before my senior year in high school. I saw great improvement and loved it! I ended up not running the marathon due to cross-country commitments, but the training wasn't a waste of time! Now I'm about to run it for the 2nd time and hope to qualify for Boston!
