I actually read the revised and updated version with forward by Jon Daniels but that wasn't an option. I did find it highly informative though and enjoyed learning more about the Rangers history. Some of the newer stuff I already knew but not about the early teams. I would recommend it for all Texas Rangers fans. Although it says it contains 100 things there are actually more because there will be inserts about something mentioned in the regular sections. For example, in the section 11 about Nelson Cruz' home run streak in 2011 there is an insert about Kevin Mench's homerun streak in 2006. And because it is done in short sections, it is easy to read a few pages at a time.
