Great tips to learn mediatation

I like the step by step plan on how to meditate and that the author says its ok to do it your own way

Helpful and make sense...

I worried a lot and my sister recommend me this book hoping that this would help. Honestly, what it said on this book made sense,living in a moment will helped you stop worrying things about tomorrow and what happened in the past. I highlighted the important message inside this book as a reminder for me. This book is worth to read and worth recommended..
