The information seemed reasonable, but also it was overwhelming with major dietary changes, supplements, vitamins, foods to cut, tests to take, etc. I was hoping for more simple advice and a lot more recipes.

It's a pretty book, and some of the recipes seem nice. The book, however, is preposterous.

Gut health *is* critical to mood stability; however, this is just trendy junk you can find in 100 blogs on the internet. I was hoping for some home fermentation recipes or some other more biome building content, but no. It suggests checking to see if you should eat meat or not using niacin.
Really?
😂

I gave it 2 stars because it made me laugh out loud.

Some potentially useful info but kind of a mess. Overwhelming, not well-organized and some areas with not nearly enough depth while others have too much. I was expecting a recipe book but this...is not that. I’m not really sure what it is. A primer on how nutrients and supplements can affect mood and other bodily processes I suppose.
