Cute story but fairly predictable. A variant of Aesop's tale about the lion and the mouse.
Why do artists think that animals should be portrayed as living like humans???? Do away with the candle, and the picture on the wall, and the bed complete w headboard and pillow.

My preschool students love this book. Both the story and the illustrations are enchanting.
