”You’re it for me, Banner. The one. I’d given up on finding the perfect woman for me, but you showed me I hadn’t been looking in the right place. Who knew I had to go all the way to New York City?”

REAL GOOD LOVE is the incredibly sensuous and action-packed conclusion to the REAL DUET series by Meghan March. Ms. March has created one seriously sexy alpha male book boyfriend that has me wondering if maybe I need to make a trip down South to find my very own version of Logan Brantley!! The mystery quickly ramps up in this one and it seems that everyone and their grandmother is a possible suspect in the recent meth lab explosion scandal. You will be guessing till the very end as to who the actual guilty culprit is.

We were left with a doozy of a cliffhanger at the end of book one but come to find out early on that all was not as it seemed. Banner and Logan are temporarily separated as Banner is in New York City tending to the funeral arrangements for her old snarky neighbor whom she had a special bond with. She comes to find out that she wrongfully accused her of having her evicted as well and that leaves a sense of regret in that she never got to clear things up before the eccentric old lady passed. Banner gets some completely unexpected news that brings with it wonderful and unlimited possibilities for her future. She can go back to living her high society life in New York City, but there’s a certain alpha male mechanic back in Kentucky, that has her heart and now she realizes that NYC is no longer her home.

Back in Kentucky, the meth lab epidemic is getting out of control and a very high profile news reporter is firing up all kinds of unwanted gossip for a few of the townspeople, including Logan. Word has also gotten out that Banner is back in NYC and many of the single women are trying to use this opportunity to make their moves on Logan. Once Banner is made aware, she wastes no time in getting back on a plane to Kentucky to stake claim on her man.

One of the major highlights of this series are the steamy scenes between Logan and Banner, and all I can say is that in this second book there is no limit to the adventures these two take together!! Fanning myself!!!

4.5 'My Pie' Stars!

Since I hate to wait when I know there is going to be a cliffhanger, I obviously waited until Real Good Love released to read the whole duet. So, this will be my review of the two books not just the second.

The Real Duet is another spin-off of Meghan's Dirty books and this time she introduced the love story between Logan Brantley and Banner Regent. Logan is a hot mechanic, friend of Holly (the heroine of the Dirty Billionaire trilogy) and Banner is Greer's best friend (the heroine of the Dirty Girl duet). These two live in two very different worlds and still, they are instantly attracted to each other (through text messages! lol) and they gave us a great love story.

LOGAN REAL MAN BRANTLEY: You imagining me naked?
BANNER: Only when I come.

I have to say, Creighton Karas is still my favorite Dirty hero but I really enjoyed Logan and Banner's journey together! Meghan is one of my favorite author when it comes to sassy heroines and super-alpha heroes and she didn't disappoint with these books. The main couple is funny as hell and they definitely have enough chemistry to burn my Kindle!

“You don’t understand the appeal of watching a man cook. It’s right up there with watching him come when you’re on your knees between his legs.”
“Then I guess you’re going to have to drop to your knees in front of me and compare.”

“We’re going to get to know each other. I’m going to take you out on dates and show you what we’ve both been missing. You’re gonna fall in love with me, Banner. That’s where we’re going from here.”

As you may know, Real Good Man ends in a cliffhanger and I have to say, I expected something "stronger" at the end of the book. In other words, yes I enjoyed it but, for me, the suspense is so much better in Real Good Love. I definiely liked how Logan and Banner fall in love with each other, ow they have to fight to stay together and surpass the obstacles between them.

“You’re in love with me.”
“You’re the best man I’ve ever met, Logan Brantley. Of course I am.”

What I also loved is that we see some more of the other Dirty characters in this, I mean Creighton as protective and alpha daddy? YES, please! And the ending was super funny and adorable, so no complains about that at all! I love these characters so much and I can't wait for the next duet, which will be about Boone (the sexy contry singer!).

“I’m greedy for every single piece of you, and I’ll never have enough.”

Therefore, I rated Real Good Man with 4 STARS and Real Good Love with 4.5 STARS because I really enjoyed this love story, the funny and sexy chemistry between the characters and the suspense aspect of it! If you enjoyed Meghan March in the past, be sure to check this new duet out!

“Everyone is betting on us to fail, but I’m ready to fight for this real good love.”

description

“Real Good Love” by Meghan March is the conclusion to the “Real Duet” and should be read after “Real Good Man.” One thing I absolutely love about Meghan March, is that, while her books can end on cliffies, she never makes her readers wait too long in between books. I couldn’t wait to sink my teeth into this one after reading “Real Good Men” which left me wanting more, a lot more.

I am so happy that reading the second instalment didn’t diminish my feelings of the two main characters, Banner and Logan. A New York City party girl and a small town mechanic from Kentucky, what could they possibly have in common? More than you may think. Polar opposites on paper, but the more you delve into these characters and their sensational dialogue, the more they are alike in so many ways.

I cannot stress enough how much I love Logan. He is the perfect hero. He is the epitome of an alpha hero; he’s possessive, determined, passionate and the intense love he has for Banner literally flew off the pages. He had me positively swooning from the start of the first book right through to the end of the second. If you are anything like me and love a great alpha hero who’s sexy as hell, good with his hands and a grease monkey, then you’ll love Logan. I mean seriously, what is there not to love about him?

If I could pick a perfect heroine for Logan it would be Banner. She’s sassy, smart, cheeky, witty and kept me completely entertained throughout the entire duet. Banner is a big reason as to why I loved this story so much. She is the kind of sarcastic character who keeps me intrigued and leaves me wanting more because I never know what to expect from her.

I loved these two characters on an individual level, but together they just sizzled. Their love and passion was intense and the way they supported each other was utterly awe inspiring. I’m not going to go into all the intricate details of this story as I don’t want to spoil it for anyone who hasn’t read part one as yet, because they definitely should.

I loved “Real Good Love” on its own as well as being part of the duet, because it just followed on beautifully and kept me fully engaged. It was the perfect conclusion for Logan and Banner and I was not disappointed. I would most definitely recommend this series to anyone who loves their alpha hero’s and strong, sassy heroines who are perfect together. This couple will make you laugh, make you weak at the knees and constantly fan yourself, with how hot and steamy they are. It was such a fun and wild ride and if you haven’t read this duet as of yet, do yourself a favour and start, you won’t be disappointed.

This was so good! I was very eager to read it after finishing Real Good Man , and Ms. Meghan March delivered in spades.

The story is full of witty dialogue and sexual innuendo and the chemistry between Logan and Banner is off the charts. Logan is yummy, sexy and scrumptious and so cute you can’t help but fall in love with him. Turns out Banner couldn’t help herself either. The heat between them is fairly combustible!

I enjoyed the small town gossip mill, which the author nailed to a tee. In addition, the character development of not only the hero and heroine, but also the secondary characters was well-developed and made me anxious to learn more about each of them with the turn of every page. The story line was great...city girl moves to the country and has to make her way on her own. The romance level was on spot and the intimate scenes were tastefully written. The writing was just fluid and fun and the humorous moments in the book were really funny.

Real Good Love packs a punch, as the sexual tension between Logan and Banner simmers to the point of boiling over and erupting into an explosive volcano. The book was just hard to put down and I hated that it ended. I’d recommend it to my friends and can’t wait for Ms. March’s next story.

In short:
Hero 5/5 | Heroine 5/5 | Plot (Point, Originality) 5/5 | Writing Style 4/5 | Steam 5/5 | Romance 5/5 | Angst-Suspense 4/5 | Darkness 0/5 | Humor 3/5 | Secondary Characters 4/5 | Drama-Conflict 4/5 | Mystery 0/5 | Twists 5/5 | Pacing Steady | Action 4/5

⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4 Real Good Love Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐

After that stroke of a cliffhanger, I along with everyone else couldn’t wait to get their hands on the epic conclusion of Banner and Logan’s story. Meghan March didn’t waste any time in pulling you back in to the small town craziness and if you think you’ve seen their kind of drama before? Think again.

“Who would’ve thought that a guy from Kentucky I was never supposed to meet would change my life.

Picking up right where book one left off, Logan knows that Banner has some serious explaining to do with a certain opened package that he found. Seeing that Banner is back in New York taking care of her old neighbor’s funeral arrangements, Logan’s burning questions will have to go on hold for the time being. But life as they both know is going to change drastically.

Can Banner become a small town girl?

How many secrets is the town hiding?

If someone had told Banner Regent that two months from now, that she would be in love with a real good man and living in a small town that doesn’t have big coffeehouse, she would’ve asked you for the name of the drug that you’ve obviously been smoking. But that’s now her reality and she wouldn’t have it any other way because she loves it. Taking a quick trip back to New York to handle some business, Banner is counting down the days so she can get back to the man she loves. But little does she know, one meeting is about to change her whole forever.

I loved seeing how much Logan and Banner’s relationship became stronger. They had a lot of hurdles to get through in this one but they made it out on top together. Logan was one of those heroes that you couldn’t help but fall in love with and his intentions were always clear when it came to being with Banner. If you haven’t read this series yet, you NEED to get your click finger ready and do it!!

Got to luv X-Man

This book was just brilliant. I was dying to know what was goin to happen with Banner and Logan. After the small cliffy's at the end of the first book I was curious to see how things panned out. I wasnt disappointed at al so much happened in this I couldn't keep up. Some serious stuff was happening and it was only a matter of time that Banner and Logan were goin to get caught up with it. There relationship was so much stronger in this book they suited each other so much and there even hotter together which I didn't think they could get.

I would highly recommend this duet once I started I couldnt put it down. The characters are just brilliant it's great to see the other characters from other series. There is a few that I really want more of and need questions answered Boone is one of them and there is Julianna and Granger. This author just knows how to make her characters stick in your head and I luv it. The story was really good I had my susptions on who was cause the mayhem in Gold Haven but God i was a lil surprised with all the drama that went on it got a lil crazy but it was so good. There wasn't anything that I didn't like about this book it was brilliant.

4.5* my sexy man STARS!!

In the end of Real Good Man, Logan Brantley found something unexpected from Banner Regent's temporary house and it ate him alive. She has urgent matter and went back to NYC. They're almost fight but Banner quickly explained it. Both Logan and Banner agreed to be casual, but she's realize Logan isn't just a fling. Unfortunately, Banner's matter in NYC consume her time and some woman in Gold Haven already swarmed her man.

Banner's still the same with her sexual activity with Logan. They never tone down their sexual activity. She came back to Gold Haven to surprise her man with *cough*anal*cough*. I'm also surprised. But that's the real Banner. They're really in love.
“I fucking love you, Banner.”
“I brought the lube,”
“You’re going to kill me, woman.”
“Only in the best way possible.”
description

Their banter always over-the-top (in good way). Banner showed her effort to Logan; not only as a girl who loves to fuck. She's also learn to cook and help him. Logan isn't perfect, he also has flaws. He's still insecure about himself being not good enough for Banner. I loved their struggle because they have the chemistry and feel so real. They're completed for each other.
This isn’t just a fuck; this is a claiming. I’ve never seen the look of possession in anyone’s eyes before, but I recognize it in Logan’s.
For the first time in my life, I’m happy to be possessed.
He owns me, and not just my body.”

Everything feels perfect. Banner excited for her sex toys business also Logan's doing good with the his own business and became popular. Their romance is in the air. But it didn't last long because once again, the suspense in Gold Haven is getting closer and more dangerous.

description

Anyway, the ending was predictable but still great. The story was told from 2 POV's, Banner and Logan. Well-written with steady paced. Overall, it was enjoyable read because I couldn't put this book down. It's chock-full of romance and sexual tension between a fallen city girl and small-town mechanic. Another plus for Logan and his work ethic also gentleman attitude. A non-billionaire book boyfriend who stole my heart.

Meghan March has done it again and delivered with the Real Duet a cheerful, hot and engaging story. She somehow combined successfully humor and sexy, into a novel, that will make you unable to put it down until the last page. The storyline was fresh and the pacing was carefully planned to expertly balance the excitement and heat with the quiet, every day moments.

Banner and Logan were amazing together and they balanced each other out perfectly. The ease of their relationship was my favorite part of this book and it was equal parts endearing and hilarious. And the chemistry between these two sizzled and burnt in the most delicious ways. Banner cracked me up with what was coming out of her mouth every single time. I loved her. She was so fun, positive, feisty, and full of life. I also adored Logan, the perfect package put together in an excruciatingly, panty drooping, fine specimen of a man.

I truly enjoyed the personal journeys these two characters travel in this story, their go-getting personalities, their willingness to put everything on the line for what matters the most in their lives. This duet is the full package- fun, sexy, cleverly written, and it is a scintillating story that left me smiling, the romantic in me full to the brim.

A smoking hot conclusion that will be sure to revv up your engine!!! In this final conclusion of the Real Duet, Meghan March turns up the heat and excitement as Logan and Banner’s relationship face the ultimate test of being apart for some time. In Real Good Love, the story picks up where it last left off and Banner must handle some business and legal stuff back in New York City. While back in NYC, Logan misses her badly but he knows that she needs to take care of business and so they have to rely keeping their relationship alive via phone and computer. But when Banner gets wind that women are throwing themselves at Logan, she doesn’t hesitate flying back to Kentucky. So what happens when these two reunite? Ummm….major car hood action and lots of lube

As much as I love Logan and Banner, I honestly felt their story could have been wrapped up in one story but who I am to argue when it gives us more Logan scenes. Yes, Logan is book boyfriend/husband material. So if you are ready to get dirty with Logan and Banner? I know for sure Meghan March will have you wanting a real good man.

THREE REAL LOVE STARS.

"The only woman I want is you."

description

Meghan March has once again provided a nicely packaged romance duet that is sure to get hearts racing. I really liked this duet as a whole and even though I wasn't bowled over completely I certainly didn't regret my time spent with these characters. I loved the easy nature of the story telling and with a sassy heroine and swoony hero there wasn't much left to dislike.

Why not five?
While 'Real good love' rounded of this duet nicely, sadly some of the storyline was a little far fetched and cliched for my liking. I would have liked to see a little more relationship building and a little less of the erotic but that all comes down to personal taste rather than questioning this authors talent. Undoubtably, Meghan March has an active imagination for romantic story telling and whilst there were definitive pluses for this book it didn't give me that wow feeling that I'm looking for in a five star rating.

description

Final thoughts ...
Overall this was a likeable erotic romance that tells the tale of a ballsy city girl and her journey at finding a real man to fall for. If you have tried and loved Meghan March's work before then you won't be going to far off the track committing yourself to reading this latest duet. And if you are new to the game but fancy an easy, erotic romance fix then jump right in. As for me, while it had its enjoyment, overall I needed something more to convince me. With that being said, March is an author that always makes me sit up and take notice of her releases. So here's to this authors future books. Enjoy ... kisses.

This is one of those rare cases where I liked the conclusion to a duet better than the first book.

The small cliffhanger from the previous book is addressed right away, and I’m happy to say Banner and Logan handle things in an adult manner so it doesn’t result in extended unnecessary drama. The story unfolds at a quick pace with different side plots to capture your interest.

Banner continues to be the talk of the small town as she and Logan grow closer, and she handles the trifling women in her uniquely bold and hilarious way that I’ve come to love. Logan is busy balancing work with keeping Banner happy both in and out of the bedroom. Then there’s the meth problem that causes the townspeople to feel the weight of suspicion. All the while Banner’s decision to stay in Kentucky or move back to NYC looms.

Several of the characters from the Billionaire series return, and it is especially entertaining to see how Crey is adapting to fatherhood. Real Good Love makes for a naughty, funny, and very enjoyable conclusion to the Real duet.

I was a little nervous starting this one because I struggled with book 1 of this duet. Thankfully, book 2 worked better for me.

Banner and Logan are a solid in their relationship, no angst or over the top drama, and I have to admit, it was nice to have a couple that actually communicated with each other. I really loved these two together. The witches back in Kentucky were after Banner, but she handled them in a typical Banner way, with humor and class.

The pacing was really good, and I never really was bored. I should also mention there is plenty of hot sex too.

All in all, a great conclusion to a duet I was really nervous about and I highly recommend this one.

2 stars because it made me laugh

The main reason I finished this book I wanted to know what else will be thrown at the heroine. After massive slut shaming in the 1st book you can add accusation of wanting to trap a hero by being pregnant, wanting to swipe the best man of a small town by being shameless slut and and and. I almost expected her to be suspected of being involved in Invasion of the Lizard People, but no such luck.

But I learned a lesson! Since you kindly take your time to read my ludicrous review, I share it with you!
Finally I learned what to say next after the first declaration of love!!!
“I brought the lube”
Because, people, anal is a Key!!!
What else can tighten a new romantic relationship better than a gut anal sex on the car hood?! Hmm, you have no answer? As I said, anal is a Key!

Excuse me not to go deeper about her inheritance of 30 million from her neighbour, about suspense aspect and its closure, I just need to clean my keyboard from dripping sarcasm.

A good conclusion for Logan and Banner story. Yes it is HEA. I do love Banner. She maintains her feisty and fearless character. And she is very possesif.

Logan still makes my heart swoon. He is after all a real good man. Miss March only put a little drama on her story. Overall the whole story is enjoyable.

Book 2 in the real duet is a conclusion to the romance between City girl Banner Regent and sexy mechanic from Kentucky Logan Brantley who first meet through texting and mutual friends then later more intimately when banner is forced to move to Kentucky by losing her job and her apartment. The romance and drama continue to surround these two characters as they fall more in love with each other. I love Meghan March books but I would have to say this one is not on the top of my list but is still a good read, likeable and humorous characters, good story line and lots of hot sex. Narrated by the talented Elena Wolfe and the sexy as hell Sebastian York who for me made this worth listening too.

So, at the end of Real Good Man we were left with a bit of a cliffy right? Banner has returned to New York after the death of her old neighbour, Myrna and Logan has discovered something that could change everything for them.

When Banner arrives in New York she is given news that makes her realise that Myrna didn't dislike her as much as she thought and that Karma has arrived to repay her.

Meanwhile, Logan is busy working to a deadline to get Boone Thrasher's car restored in time for the deadline and he is missing Banner like crazy. They say that absence makes the heart grow fonder but they forget to mention that it also makes men's testicles bluer!

There is yet another explosion in Gold Haven an actual house explosion which is now attracting the media as everyone in the town is pointing fingers and speculating about who is doing what. Everyone is under suspicion it seems and I was kept guessing, along with the townsfolk, until the very end.

Whilst Banner is trying to finalise things with Myrna's home and her belongings, she gets wind that the 'vultures' - the single women of Gold Haven - are starting to hover around Logan again. She needs to get back there and stake her claim!

Life in a small town sounds like a pretty chilled place to be but small town gossip can be nasty and Banner definitely attracts her fair share. Mind you, her uncensored sense of humour does plenty to incite the females of Gold Haven.

There is a lot happening in this story that kept me turning the page as fast as I could. Plenty of laugh out loud moments, lots of hot sexy moments and a bit of drama rama to keep you on your toes! Loved this series, it was 'Real Good.'

I loved this book as much as the first one, if not more! This is the conclusion to the love story of Banner and Logan.

I just loved these two together and once again was impressed with their complete honesty with each other. I loved Banner's no-nonsense attitude and her brazen way of standing up to those smalltown gossipers and Logan's possessiveness of her and his protection of her.

Logan's small town is in chaos with the meth lab explosions taking place all over. I was holding my breath at the end.

And Banner's secret business gave me tons of laughs throughout, especially the reactions of the women in town who were all for it!!!

Another great ending and I'll definitely be reading more Meghan March books in the future! Thank you Leslie for introducing this series to me!

Започваме там от където приключихме в Real good man.

The absolute MASTERPIECE of romantic duets!
If you fell in love with Logan Brantley in REAL GOOD MAN...you ain't seen nothing yet!

"How can you do this to me?"

"Because you were fucking made for me."

You might be surprised to know that I just recently discovered Meghan March's work, and I need you to know that EVERYTHING I've read by her has blown me away, this romance duet included. There is just something about her characters that resonate with me deeply, and emotion after emotion flies off of every single page so easily. No wonder this is one of the BEST duets I've ever read. You have Logan and Banner, two of the most unlikely couples, come together and make something so special. Their banter was off the charts amazing. Their chemistry, both physical and emotional, was so passionate and touching. There was absolutely NOTHING I would have changed about these two. It gives me such a great sense of joy when two opposites are attracted to each other. It gives it a realness that is not always present in this genre.

"You're the best man I've ever known, and you're mine."

I could seriously quote this book all damn day! There were so many great heartfelt and hilarious one-liners that I couldn't help but read over and over again. With the release of REAL GOOD MAN and REAL GOOD LOVE, Ms. March has solidified it for me. She is quickly becoming one of my go-to, auto-buy, absolute favorite romance authors out there. It was so sad to leave these characters, but I have no doubt in my mind that Ms. March is brainstorming another couple we will love just as much.

I'm going on a Meghan March break because all I can hear with this one and the last one I listened to by her is repetition. I have been a fan of her 'Beneath series' but I hear too many similaries in male and female characteristics and dialogue. Temporary break up.

It's difficult to write a review for the duet and not to reveal too much. You need to read the first part to enjoy this continuation. So go and read my review of the Real Good Man, where you can get to know how the story begins and about what all of this is.

“New York may be the center of the world in a lot of ways, but it’s no longer the center of my world.”

Real Good Love is the conclusion of Banner and Logan story. This couple has a few problems in this part to deal with. Who would have thought that in a small town could so much happen? But their love is still hot and slightly crazy. Because of Banner, of course. And I love that. Her humor and personality, she is awesome heroine. Their relationship really is growing, but there is still space for fun and so hot scenes. One particular scene make you red hot!

“It’s not fair that you can look that good after stepping out of the shower. I should have a CLOSED FOR BUSINESS sign over my vagina after last night, but now I want to climb you.”

My first books of Meghan March was a very positive experience. This is a well written, entertaining and sensual story. It could go a little too crazy in events in the town, but I can't deny the fun that I had with this.

“I’d given up on finding the perfect woman for me, but you showed me I hadn’t been looking in the right place.”

Therefore, I recommend this duet for anyone who likes funny stories in small towns, insane heroines, adorable couples and a little bit of suspenseful action.

Let me tell you my absolute favorite part of this book (besides the witty banter and the scorching hot chemistry between Logan and Banner)...when they were faced with issues or misunderstandings, they addressed them head on. No tip-toeing around the issues, no long separations out of miscommunication or anger. Nope. They strapped a pair on and hashed it out right then and there. How refreshing is that?

I adored this conclusion to Logan and Banner's story, and can I just tell you that every time he called her Bruce, I swooned. I just loved his nickname for her for some reason.

Anywho...love their chemistry, love their dialogue, love their candidness, and love their super hot love life. Logan and Banner are relationship goals.

Hot, sexy, fun. Get it now, because you're missing out if you don't.

I enjoyed Real Good Love so much more than the first book Real Good Man. This was face paced, so much fun, filled with action and sexy as hell. I loved Banner. She was so down to earth this time around with so much fight in her, when it came to those ignorant women who terrorized her. Logan kept on being the Real Good Man, who knows how to pleasure his woman and believe me Banner was very satisfied. In and out of his bed. He certainly also had a very dirty mouth but his love for Banner was all consuming. They were smoking hot together and funny as hell too. Banner and her vibrators made me laugh numerous times. The ending was fabulous and so Banner and Logan.

4.5 Stars for Real Good Love: Real Duet, Book 2 (audiobook) by Meghan March read by Elena Wolfe and Sebastian York.

I really enjoyed watching these characters come together in the first book. It was fun to see how they teamed up together and worked through their differences to make a life together.
