Caine does a wonderful job of weaving a steamy romance with an intriguing mystery involving restless spirits, land rights, and a secretive psychic. Chance is loving, dominant, and Adrienne's always protector. He keeps her on the straight and narrow with firm spankings and exhausting love making. Kudos Ruby Caine! Looking forward to your next offering.

A Five Star Ghost Story !

I have always enjoyed a good ghost story, even as a child; so you can just imagine my elation when I discovered this to be a fantastic story. This is a very well written, fast read that I couldn't put down until finished. Another hit for Ruby Caine!!!!!

The plot of this story is full of mystery, suspense, decades of family issues and the ghost haunting River Oaks. One grieving man can accept his wife left him for her lover, but the loss of his beloved daughter haunts him to his death. Nearly seventy-five years later, a niece of the late Wynona, Adrienne Claireborne has inherited River Oaks and all the surrounding land, but Chance Br

He is a bit too pushy and overbearing for my tastes. He tells Adrienne what to do at every turn and he even spanks her without them really being in a relationship. However he will ...more

Reluctant to sell, Adrienne is hounded by Chance, who always gets what he wants. At some point he decided he not only wants her property, he wants Adrienne as well. Adrienne is drawn to the property and ghostly encounters lead to a mystery seventy five years old. Madame Lenore also wants the property and can sense that Adrienne is in danger. Chance does his best t ...more
