A good introduction to the subject, understandable by the layperson (me). It will be a handy resource to draw on in my writing.

Just one criticism: my copy is not very robust. The weight of the inside pages casued the binding to tear adn the cover spearated from the body of the book - now fixed with gaffer tape!
