A snake weaves its way through the rooms of a house while an old woman stalks him and a parrot hovers by, reinforcing the concepts of in, out, on, off, up, down, over, and under
This book was very simplistic and could be beneficial and comical for young students learning direction words. They could read along and point out where the snake (one of the characters in the book) is. This would engage them and help them understand the vocabulary presented in the book.
