El presente volumen, publicado por Alianza Editorial, reúne dos importantes diálogos de Platón centrados en la crítica a los sofistas. Para completarlo, aunque rompa un poco la unidad temática, se añade la Carta séptima, de gran interés para conocer al autor de primera mano, por ser un texto autobiográfico escrito en primera persona en el periodo de vejez del filósofo.

El 'Protágoras', como todos los escritos platónicos, es un texto interesante, aunque hasta cierto punto inconcluso en sus
