This was serendipitous. I found it in a Google search, on dementia and agitation for Grandpa, and after I read a page or two on Amazon, I ordered it. Only after it came did I find out that John may have carcinoid tumors again. This book had a whole chapter on carcinoids. Very academic but I learned some things.
