This was an interesting 'magic' journey that took me through the plot of the story in a way that felt like a tarot card reading, hence the title, I believe. Ral, Troy and Beatrice find themselves surrounded by magic as an unexpected death brings them together to solve a string of missing person cases that have turned into homicide investigations.
