I honestly have no idea where to start with this review..
this is the finale in the Being Me series and it was incredible.
I've followed Amanda's journey through these books and it really has been an emotional journey..
I'm extremely sad that this series has ended but I'm kind of hoping for a book on Zack!!!!
This book tackles issues that are extremely difficult, having an eating disorder is not just physically harmful, it's also mentally harmful. I love how Tricia Copeland brought her characters

I received a free copy of this book with the option of leaving an honest review.

Being Me is an emotional and heartfelt glimpse of the challenges Amanda must overcome on her path to emotional, mental, and physical wellness.

Copeland did an amazing job of conveying the really tough issues surrounding addiction and recovery. In my opinion, she struck the right balance of providing enough detail to keep from sugar coating the issues while avoiding being too graphic and repelling her audience. I think

Amanda is forced to face her demons after months of walking the edge of keeping it together. To do so, she has to accept some things she can't change and walk away from relationships she holds dear. *This book was provided by the publisher/author for an honest review.

Being Me was a great, emotional read. My heart just broke for Amanda and the struggles she went through. I was so happy she commited to her recovery. I had no idea this was the finale of a series, it stood on its own so well. Being Me made me want to go back and read the entire series.

This was my favorite book from the Being Me series. Tricia Copeland did a great job of writing about some difficult issues and having Amanda resolve them all in the end. I especially love love love that she had Amanda find her own strength and value apart from her relationship with Doug. It sends a powerful message to her readers. We do not need to find our own personal value through our relationship with others. Once we find our own strength, these relationships will naturally fall into place. ...more
