Daniel is one of the last existing humans in the universe. Sold into sexual slavery by the very beings who destroyed Earth, he lives day by day, surviving by yielding to his master. That is, until he’s captured and stolen from the whorehouse he called home by one of the men who aided in his planet’s destruction.
Galec has been sent to find Daniel—and the map the human wears on his arm. A mythic treasure of untold value lays at the end, if they can only decipher it. He captures the human, hoping the male knows more about the prize.
What Galec doesn’t expect is to fall for the human. Suddenly, the treasure isn’t as valuable as what he’s already found.
But can the human accept him—one Daniel claims helped destroy the world?
International Bestselling Queer Romance Author Kelex lives in Hampton Roads, Virginia with his daughter and senior chihuahua.
When not being a pain in his kidult’s ass or writing under various pen names he likes to... wait, who are we kidding? He's an indie author and always working.
He's got a plethora of creative hobbies he doesn't enjoy often enough—yet he still stockpiles yarn, stained glass, kitchen gear, art supplies, and books like he's actually going to use them.
Quick fun no-brainer read. Not very detailed, which is a bummer. Mpreg got me by surprise and love to hate progressed too quickly for my liking, but I did enjoy the book and would love to read the second one. Not sure which way to round up, so I am applying good old math rules and going up. 4 stars.

I’m think I’m really going to enjoy this new series from Kelex. With Captured, the first book in the Novus Prime series, the author again turns to a sci-fi format, and does it well.
In this installment we’re introduced to a young man named Daniel, who was captured by the aliens who destroyed Earth and killed his father right in front of him. He was eventually sold to a whorehouse, where he is forced to take on any male who “buys” him. Things aren’t great, but at least he gets three meals a day and place to live.
All that changes one day though when a man shows up and “buys” Daniel’s time. We don’t know at first who the man is, but let’s just say that not only Daniel, but the whoremaster himself, don’t want him too near Daniel. Daniel hates him on sight for something that happened during the destruction of Earth. But Daniel might not have a choice. Daniel has a map carved on his arm, which his father put there and that map makes Daniel a valuable commodity for those in the know.
What will happen when the man, Galec, captures Daniel and whisks him away from the whorehouse and off the ball of rock the whorehouse is on? Can Daniel escape back to the whorehouse? Why would he want to? Who is Galec? All questions that you will get answered when you read the story!
I really liked this one. I’m recommending it , and I look forward to the next installment. Oh, before I forget, a little teaser…there might be a man with two penises in here somewhere…
This is a fun quick read. I enjoyed the characters but the relationship was a bit rushed. The book is a little to short but I hope this might be part of a new series.
I don’t know how Kelex doesn’t get more recognition than she does. Her books are awesome and always so well put together. The imagination that woman has is astounding. Her books check a lot of my boxes: steamy, relationships that sometimes border on being dubcon, shorter length and so, so satisfying to read. This book is no exception. I just purchased book two in the series and am sad that there aren’t any more. I’d love to see Kelex’s older works (like this!) put into audiobook format.
Good book. Would have been better with more detailed background and explanations of anatomy of the bio men extra. And to make it more realistic by having the main character struggle more after his freedom.
This is the first book I have read from Kelex. There is nothing cookie cutter about this story. I have read several romance books that range from dark erotica to paranormal romance. This book falls into a whole new category for me which is Sci-fi romance.
This book focuses on Daniel, who is human, and Galec, bio-male, who find each other in a war-torn world. Daniel was kidnapped when he was 10 years old at the same time his father was killed. His kidnappers sold him into sex slavery. Just before his father was killed he carved concentric circles into his arm. This is to represent the place Daniel will be free.
Galec is a bio-male created by humans to fight the war they knew where coming. His mission is to procure the map from Daniel to get to Novus Prime. Galec toke Daniel from his captors and got him to safety. What he didn’t count on is his attraction to Daniel. While in Galec care Daniel is kidnapped again and is tortured for information concerning the map that has been carved into his arm. As we would expect Galec saves the day.
This story is a classic hero falling in love with the victim they save. The explosive chemistry between these characters is loving and caring. Despite this book not being my normal type of story, the MM relationship was well developed and the fantasy weaved in this book was anything but typical.
If you are looking for a unique story where anything is possible then this is the story for you.
I loved this book! It was very reminiscent of Titan A.E. (one of my favorite movies). I would have liked to have the discovery of how to find Novus Prime drawn out a bit more; it felt awfully convenient that the bio-males still had a drug made specifically for humans that didn't work on them, and that Daniel just happened to have all of the needed memories without much prompting.
Too much his human his male for me. Annnd, its DP... but one male, two dicks.. not the same thing to me. Like, how can you NOT use both if they are right next to each other?
