This book gives a great overview of IDEA 1997 and 2004 and provides a thoughtful analysis of the evolution of special education policy. The book explains important special education concepts including inclusion, LRE, parents' rights, etc. A great read both for general educators looking to inform themselves about educating their students with disabilities or for those jumping into the special education field.
