"I tire of this grotesque ballet / I've been in love with the living and maddened by the dead."

Poems of My Night was my introduction to Cina Pelayo, and I loved her work! This collection is inspired by Poems of the Night by Jorge Luis Borges, which I read last month and adored. The titles of these poems are the same as the poems in Poems of the Night, but Cina's are in English.
