Notes:

Success correlates more closer with confidence than it does with competence

Fundamentally believe that part of ultimate confidence is making an altruistic contribution to other people's confidence. Confident people are role models, mentors, teachers and they inherently, as well as intentionally, impact the confidence of other people.

Confidence is being certain of and acting in accordance with your own values / beliefs.

Core confidence is having the inner strength to uphold those values - no matter the circumstance - allowing you to always perform at your best

When one needs to learn how to strengthen their co code Ce, this is a great book. Through research and motivating quotes, the author helps people see the easy ways to build their confidence.
