Saatchi Gallery: The Triumph of Painting

Rate this book
This third volume documenting Saatchi's substantial collection of twentieth and twenty-first century painting includes Matthias Weischer's echoing architectural grids, Eberhard Havekost's barrenly unpeopled snapshots, Dexter Dalwood's midcentury-inspired interiors, Dana Schutz's emotions personified, Michael Raedecker's dark fairytale suburbs, and Inka Essenhigh's otherworldly whorls. With a foreword by Meghan Dailey.

the essay is a little thin, but a pretty nice selection of artists, and large color plates.
