Just being diagnosed with Degenerative Arthritis of the lumbar spine made me look into things to help improve the pain besides pain killers. I already know that dairy is out for me...not a problem and wheat does cause lots of pain in my joints when I eat large amount so this plan makes me really think this might just work. Cutting out things is going to be difficult, but if it helps it will be worth it. This books gives you lots to think about and ponder if you have this problem or many others. Diet does effect everything in our lives, maybe eating better will make the world less painful...willing to give anything a try and see how I feel.
There are so many nutritional theories that when I read a new one, I like to have some footnotes and credible research behind it. Unfortunately this book has neither, so I found this theory hard to swallow.
Some substances suggested according to my blood type I already knew that worked for me. I think it is worth a try if you have arthritis‘problems. Any improvement in your life style can bring something good. Sometimes it is not one specific method/theory but whatever kind of improvement you make to your style of life to become healthier that makes the difference.
Would that it be true. I have a friend who swears by this, but she also believes in auras and healing stones, so who knows. Worth a read. Effective? I don't know.
