Marie Brown (Marie's Tempting Reads)
A heart-thumping paranormal story full of ALL types of creatures with plenty of lip biting action and a bit of romance and LOTS of things that go bump in the night. This story isn't my usual type, but I needed something a bit darker, a bit edgier and a bit scary and full of every paranormal creature you could imagine. It was a quick read, fast-paced and full of scary adventure. Definitely worth picking up.

Eh... This was an okay read, but I really wasn't a fan of the main character, Selena. With her inner monologue she comes across as spoiled and kind of a jerk. Her hybrid protector is a bit more likable in that the lessons he tries to teach her are kind of snarky and show she's being an idiot, but it's totally unfathomable why the heck he seems to be attracted to her and so he loses cool points for that. Same story

I read something similar by this author she likes to mix all kinds of paranormal creatures and put them on the sides of good and evil. There are many different hybrids, angels all seem to be falling on the side of evil. The creator is always absent. Same story, different setting.

Short and intriguing

I enjoyed Dawn of the Infected It is a great prequel and has me itching to read more of the Hybrid Chronicles. I love how Selena becomes so determined. Oh and I want to know what becomes of her and Daniel.

Uncaged Book Reviews:

There is a lot of information in a short amount of time, and this is a very fast paced novella. I hope the author continues this series, I enjoyed the originality in a sea of zombie novels. Reviewed by Cyrene

Good storyline

I enjoyed the blending of fantasy characters and a zombie science fiction tale. It creates another origin of the zombie infection. This book has witches creating zombies and hybrid fae and Angels fighting them.
