Tara Winters will never forget that fateful day back in high school when, in her haste to get to class, she barreled into a boy with the brightest blue eyes she’d ever seen. She was mortified to discover that it was none other than D. J. Parker: popular senior, soccer star, and way out of her league. Yet when he was assigned as her study hall leader, the two formed an unli ...more

I Should Have Said Yes is the second novel by J.B. Glazer, and it is linked to her first as the protagonist, Tara Winters, is the younger sister of Lexi Winters who is the lead in Out in the Open.

Tara's first person narrative takes us through her journey from serial dater to finally finding The One, with some flashbacks to when she was 15 and let this boy, D.J. Parker, slip through her fingers due to fear of rejection, immaturity and pride. These sections also illustrate her p

One of my favorite books! If I could turn it into a hallmark TV movie I would. So refreshing and love that every chapter is a story with a new guy. Made me laugh and smile. It is one of those books that you read in a day or two and then want to read more just like it but can't find any, so you read it again and love it just as much.

This is a great little read about living down regrets or learning how to live with them. As we all do, the main character starts to look back on her life, the things she did and didn't do, and question if she should have done something differently. I feel like we can all relate to that, and the writing really pulled together this real-life story and made it both interesting and ver fun to read.

I found the characters easy to connect to. They were exciting, unique and had a variety of personaliti

I loved this book! The character development was phenomenal and I fell in love with Tara. Her dating antics made me laugh out loud! It was the perfect follow up to another one of my J.B. Glazer favorites, Out in the Open. I would highly recommend both novels.

Couldn't put this book down! This book was the perfect mix of humor and romance. Loved reading about Tara's search for Mr. Right, and the situations she encounters along the way.

Absolutely...YES!!!

This book was about a woman's journey to, not only love, but to discovering herself. I enjoyed the quirkiness that was Tara. She, like many of us, had to go through a lot of failure to get to the beauty that would be her life! This wasn't my typical choice of read, but I'm so glad that I read it!!
