I really liked this one! Furlong presented a look at how we can help others in multiple ways: detailed and personal as well as community-wide, systemic ways.

I really connected with his writing style* - he used a lot of real-life examples, and enough statistics to make a point, but not so many that it was overwhelming.

My only critique is that the ending felt slightly abrupt - there was no "conclusion" chapter, and I think this would have been good to add.
