Fantastic series of dystopian adventure.
A young female pilot shoots down the prince of the enemy. They both want each other dead but end up on a deserted island together.
Ravages of war, disparity if classes, blood and guts. It has it all

I love this trilogy so much. I just finished reading it for the second time. The relationships between the characters is engaging and keeps the reader interested in their choices.

I thought it was a well written book. The characters were believable and even the world building was good. Enjoyed reading it

Loved this story! Told from alternating points of view, it really plays up the romance and relationship between the two main characters. The action and suspense are also told from more of a personal, psychological perspective, which I always find more engaging than a lot of "a shot rang out!" and "the car was gaining on them" type of thing. It's a fun, adventurous, romantic story with great characters as always.
