Fun read following some crazy and amazing athletes. Threads history, tips, and behind the scenes snippets among a telling of a few racers' race during the 2014 running. Will have you silently cheering for each runner.

Great book, takes you along the journey while providing some history of the run itself. While most of us can only imagine the process it takes to run 103 miles, Langton allows us to explore the feelings and emotions well. I'm a big fan of Jon Krakauer and felt Langton's style is somewhat similar which resonated well with me. Few books will cover this topic, read it.
