Monsters in the night aren’t what I had to fear.
It was him…
Alone in his bedroom, we fought his demons from the past.
And I kept it all a secret.
I should’ve told.
I should’ve screamed…
But I didn’t. I loved him.
So down the haunted road I went.

Souls on fire…

USA TODAY bestselling author India R Adams writes stories of souls on fire. Whether India’s characters are feeling the heat from hell or the wings of grace, they are all transforming and want to share their journey with you. Her novels range from Dark MC, Paranormal, to Contemporary, but each story is either a path of destruction or a road to redemption.

Sometimes both.

So, if you want to read about voyages of the heart, the grit to rise from one’s knees, or the strength to break free of the binds of a spirit, then pick one of India’s stories because she believes damaged souls are worth saving and that there is nothing more beautiful than a soul on fire.

oh yes, it's finally here...

I'm once again taking this Haunted Road trip with India R Adams, in Scar me...and I am prepared *wink*

but it might crushingly surprise me...you never know

And like I've said, I was prepared for the possible emotional carnage I would empathize with the main heroine I read about her horrid experience in mixed up painful betrayal of the known familiarity, trust and love that got blurred and shattered by the mental illness, no one seemed to catch on in time to maybe salvage or even stop the emotional and physical demolition of one's innocence...and it's not that easy or simple to fight against the distorted vision of the person you trusted the most, loved in the most noble of ways, yet at the hands of impredictable curse of nature, that bond got destroyed, shattered...leaving just splinters of pain, guilt and regret....and lonesome ruining
I should tell… I should scream! That’s what the whispers in the night tell me, but I can’t. To tell would change more than just one love. I love my family too much to be the cause of the carnage that might finally break the men I treasure. So, down the haunted road I go…

But as we follow the story, the past reviews and reflections that lead up to the present notion that one can 'survive' the total carnage of emotional devastation by finding the perfect soul who would provide the means for healing and strength and another chance of love...in its purest shape and form...
Wanna know when someone really cares for you? They only give you what you need.

The story of Delilah and Maverick continues in this book, as we get more deep into what happened to Delilah, since we only got hints of it, when she met Maverick and their love had started in book 1 Steal me, leaving us now with a bloody cliffhanger and a horrid gasp...as the author announces the next installment Bleed me

Once again, India R Adams showed that her writing talent spans in so many layers in the most powerful deepest portrayal of emotional spectre.

I was in awe, with every deep emotion, every shattering limp of notion of pain, hurt, blinding visions of crumpling and crippling devastation accompanied with deafning screams of total betrayal of innocence and trust, love, friendship, family being at test in patience, comfort and support made me realize how powerful India's words are...

and they are not just words, they are painted visions and scenes that are so vivid and strong they leave a scar, a mark on your own soul as you suffer along with the characters with each of their taken breath....but there are also notions of hope, faith, strength and the power of love that give you another sense of empowerishment and belief in overcoming the pain and those scars...

Devastating yet empowering and beautiful read...

Scar Me is the second book in the Hunted Road series by India R. Adams, and just like the first book, this was a powerful and heart-wrenching story that will definitely take your breath away.

In Scar Me, we go down the same haunted road as in the first one, with the difference that this time we do it hand in hand with Delilah. We got some answers, but at the same time, new questions arise, questions that will have you doubting everything you believe about the story.

"To truly appreciate beauty, maybe you have to witness or endure the ugly side of life."

I judged Lilah so bad while reading the first book, and even though I knew something terrible happened to her at the hands of Kenny, I did it. So reading her side of the story was like a punch in the face, one I certainly deserved.

If you thought the first book was intense, you have no idea what is awaiting you while reading Scar Me.

Scar Me is RAW, is BEAUTIFUL , and my heart still hurt not only for Lilah but for all of them, Kenny included. Be ready for your heart to break into a million pieces, and for India R. Adams to destroy any remaining piece with every painful twist and turn. Nothing is as it seems, and that ending, DARLINGSSSS, that motherfucking ending will kill you.

I have no words. The sheer talent of this author is beyond explaining. The levels she reaches with her words and with her descriptions are beyond anything I have ever read. Her ability to dive into the mind of the characters and so perfectly "show" the reader their pain, their torment, their struggles, and their victories, is unparalleled. Book 1 was beautiful, but book 2 had a vice grip on my heart and wouldn't let go till the very last page.
If you've read book 1 you know part of the story. And I stress, "part of the story". I thought I knew. I thought I had a clue. I didn't know anything. More than once I was left dumbfounded, speechless, and grasping for anything to ground me. This book rocked me straight to my core. There is beauty in sacrifice and there is beauty in healing. This series shows both. I highly recommend this series to anyone that loves a heartwrenching story of damaged lives intertwined in a perilous dance that will break the reader almost as much as the characters are broken. It is not an easy read so proceed with caution.

"To truly appreciate beauty, maybe you have to witness or endure the ugly side of life."

Oh, ladies!!! I've asked, begged, for Delilah and Kenny's story for months, imagining the worst. The thing is, never, and I insist, never, would have I imagined how painful and complex their relationship was.

I won't tell you what happened and writing this review is tricky since even explaining the difficult matters Scar Me deals with (and they are numerous), would reveal too much.

With this story, India R. Adams wrote the darkest and most gut-wrenching of her books I got to read. Along with Delilah, the reader plunges into this bottomless descent to hell, feeling every one of her emotions.

Anger, guilt, desperation, shame, blended with the sensation of being trapped in that hopeless situation. I cried and screamed for her. Facing the constant pressure and danger, her loneliness amongst her family and her friends seized my heart.

"I was finding a moment of solace. I melted to his offered friendship. I melted to the innocent affections I desperately needed, until his lips touched mine."

Delilah is an amazing young woman. Strong, caring and nurturing, she gave and kept giving until her light, her life almost completely faded.

“I’m dying inside.”

I'm thankful India wrote her story. Their story; It needed to be told, never mind the ugly tears.

But more than Lilah and Kenny's story, Scar Me is about fight, strength, family and frendship ties. This is truly a haunting book, come play with the ghosts if you dare... the shadows are thick!!!

This is a tragedy, this is a love story. This is life.

PS: I'd to give a huge shout out to Viola and Art. Sometimes annoying, they although brought a lot of the much needed oxygen that was needed to make it through this beautifully written heartache. Congratulations India!

I don't even know where to start with this right now!!!
I've just spend majority of my day devouring this book and now it's come to an end and I feel so empty, and yet so full of emotion that at 12.30 am I need to get this all out before I can go to sleep.
India has given us the second book in this series but what she has done is go back to the beginning for Delilah, to at least a year before Maverick so we can understand the many things that she went through.
This book is going to be a touchy subject as there are many triggers about sexual, physical and mental assault that woman are not going to ever be able to completely comprehend. I have never been in a circumstance such as this, but reading about it from someone who has experience of this situation has given me a whole new respect for woman who have been abused in anyway but have made it out the other side. Delilah was just trying to get through and was such a young girl when all this happened that she doesn't realise that it's ok to ask for help, and all woman should feel like they can.
Yes, this book is a work of fiction but there is much basis to what has gone on though, even just noticing things that we don't think are issues, such as someone grabbing your hand without your permission, this is someone taking away your right to choose. I had never thought of it this way but seeing it now through Delilah's eyes, it makes me so much prouder of all those woman who survived or are surviving, even just one day at a time.
Now...onto the book portion, there was so much, going backwards to really understand what had happened and why Delilah was they was she was, I have cried so much, I am not sure I have any tears left in me. To see such a gentle soul destroyed and then for it to be slowly brought back to life. To see that life isn't all just happiness and joy but there is so much sorrow, even sorrow in the love that you feel for your friends and family, It really makes you reevaluate your life and how you think about the people in it and how we lay blame on them.
India has done it again where she is leaving us hanging to see what is going to happen in the next book. I know this series is forever going to be in my soul so I will patiently wait for all those voices to tell her where they are going so that I can see how this all plays out. #INeedBleedMe

I received an ARC of this book form the author and I voluntarily reviewed it. Thank you India R. Adams!

I don't know about you, but I've waited over TWO YEARS for this book. Man was it ever worth the wait. It's Adams' rawest book to date. She pushes herself as a writer and tries to do justice to Delilah. It's edgy and, well, brilliant.

I don't think I've been this moved by a book before. This is a book about survival. A book about resilience, and weakness. It's about how life isn't all love and roses, and how not everything is black and white... How the spectrum of grey is impossibly vast, and how the line in the sand can be wiped away by the wind or a wave. Sometimes that wave turns into a tsunami and wipes you out, and you need to find a way to swim back to shore.

This book has some darkness to it. It will definitely make you emotional and punch you in the gut. It's not a book for everyone. It's trigger galore, but if you are strong enough to get through it, you will be rewarded by the profoundness of the story and the quality of the writing.

Like all of her books, Adams' captures us into her world. When we read this book, we are so entranced by it, all we can focus on is her storytelling. I don't know how many times I have to say it, but India R. Adams is one damn talented author. You WILL want to throw your kindle at your wall. You WILL want to cry and and proceed to go into the fetal position. But you will LOVE the torture.

Adams' also rewards us with some of her sexiest writing yet. I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised, and found myself craving for more. (Maverick IS my husband after all *shrug*).

So to recap: READ. THIS. BOOK.

That's all!

HOLY. CRAP. That was beautiful and powerful and hard and painful. There was so much more to the story that we didn't get in book 1 and I loved being inside Delilah's head even if it made me sad and uncomfortable at times.

I feel like no one is given a break in this series, everyone is fighting some sort of demon or trauma and it's very interesting to see how each person handles it.

I messaged India (trust me I don't go around just messaging authors but when a book hits me hard in the gut I just have to) and she has informed me that basically I'm in for even more intensity so I'm trying to prepare myself.

Soooo the ending to this book had me like @$&*%#@$ WTF!!!!!!!!! I think I need to read a sweet YA as I prepare my heart for book 3!

Scar Me is the second book in the Haunted Road series, and believe you me, it has a lot to live up to. Steal Me, the first book in the series had me throwing my kindle at the wall when it finished. Would, and could, this one possibly live up to its predecessor?

Abso-bloomin-lutely it can!!! It starts exactly where Steal Me ends, but then we proceed to go back in time. Back to a time when Lilah wasn't shattered from her experiences. Back to when she thought the world, and people, were good. We stay with her as she makes the decisions and choices that lead her down her haunted road. We are there for the trauma inflicted upon her. We are there as she shuts down - only this time we know the reasons for it.

Scar Me has a warning about triggers - and trust me, it is well deserved. In so many ways, this book is horrible. It gives you the truth that you might not want to admit to. It shows you how so many people don't see, simply because they don't expect to! And yet this is about hope too. You get to fall in love with a gentleman all over again, seeing him through Lilah's eyes this time. I love Viola's definition of 'scar me', and have no shame in admitting that brought a tear to my eye. There are a multitude of characters introduced in this book, that showed up in Steal Me, but you just didn't 'see' them. Now you will, and find out their back stories too.

Now, fair warning, this book ends on just as much of a cliffhanger as the previous one. However, I am wise to Ms. Adams' tricks now, so I didn't throw my kindle this time. I am left deliciously confused, and yet not surprised, at her twist. This only leaves me wanting more.

Do I recommend this book? Don't be daft, it's an India R. Adams book. Of course I recommend it. I haven't read a bad one of hers yet, and I honestly doubt I will. This is an author that gives you a piece of her heart and soul with every book she publishes. Was it worth the wait? Once again, absolutely. That doesn't change the fact that #INeedBleedMe NOW!!!! 😉😍

I received the ARC for this book from the author and I voluntarily read and reviewed it!

This is the 2nd book in India R. Adams' Haunted Road series. The 1st book, STEAL ME, is definitely recommended to read FIRST. But it leaves you wanting more. And India DEFINITELY gives us more in SCAR ME. This book is a very detailed story of how a young woman tries to save so many people she loves, but loses herself once one of those loved ones turn on her. She has to fight and end up meeting the love of her life to help her realize she IS good, she IS amazing and that even "damaged souls are worth saving." Including hers.
This book has a lot of triggers. I myself have been through what this young lady in the book went through. But I am so glad I read this book! It is an amazing, wonderful, beautiful and heartrending story. It made me feel throughout every page. I cried and laughed and sighed with pleasure. The only thing is... I WANT MORE!! India draws you into EVERY story and you don't want to let go! A definite recommend and definite must read for some. Amazing job India!

Please excuse me while I go find my Author Stick for India R Adams. Lol.

I thought the first book, Steal Me, left me shook. Nope this one took the cake. Jesus. I might need anxiety meds.

Rollercoaster after rollercoaster of emotions. We get a look at Lilah’s POV here. And damn if it doesn’t break your heart into a million pieces.

You will fall back in love with Maverick all over again. It’s part of what makes this book special is how nothing is sugarcoated. It’s real. It’s raw. It’s beautiful.

Nothing is at it seems. There will be twist and turns that will leave you speechless. That ending. That damn ending, will haunt you. Why? Because you wouldn’t of expected it at all.

Prepare to cry. Prepare to foam at the mouth. Prepare a mutiny against India. Prepare to feel.

India!!! Oh, man. I need to find where this author lives so I can throw an egg at her house.
What an ending. Oh. My. God!! #INeedBleedMe
I can’t think clearly right now. I just don’t know what to even say.

Let me back it up a bit.
This book was a hard read. The way India was able to transport me into Delilah’s life, AS DELILAH HERSELF—was truly amazing. It was so bittersweet.
To experience life through Delilah’s young and inexperienced eyes was beautiful. To experience the horror’s she had to silently deal with were heart shattering.
There were moments where my leg wouldn’t stop shaking, because even know we kind of know what happened to Delilah in Steal Me, we didn’t get the in-depth story we do now.
And, what a story our Delilah had to share.
I can’t even explain how many times this author shattered my heart. I wanted to scream so much. I wanted my voice heard unlike Delilah had the ability to do.

I loved seeing Maverick through different eyes. I fell more and more in love with him. You truly get to understand MORE how these two beings are, and forever will be, soulmates. That’s not to say I didn’t want to kick him in the nuts a few times, because I did, lol.

There were new characters introduced in Scar Me that had me swooning at all the right moments. As well as our resident Haunted Roads characters.
This book was just pure perfection. Not only did India R Adams have me consumed by main characters, but also begging and begging for more info and books from the many side characters introduced.

Scar Me is book two of The Haunted Roads series. It is an emotional new adult drama that features serious themes: sexual abuse, drug addiction and mental health. I highly recommend reading book one first and if possible, read the books straight after each other.

This a Delilah's story. In book one of the series we read about Delilah's boyfriend, Maverick and her brother Tucker. Each part of this series is narrated from a different character's point of view, which is deeply layered and you really get inside their head. It's harsh, and if you allow it, Adams will drag you right in for a full-on emotional roller-coaster read.

Be warned; these books have cliff-hanger endings, and yes, I now need to know how the story will continue #INeedBleedMe

My heart hurts so much for Delilah and all she has endured. I hate Kenny and all that he did to her. I hate that she had to suffer at the hand of someone she loved and trusted.
But i love how Maverick was her light as she was her brothers. I love how Maverick never gave up on her or loved her any less because of her unseeable scars. The respect and love he has for her is amazing.
I am stunned at the ending. I am angry and sad and anxious at the ending. I am going to go crazy waiting for the next book.....

When you read this authors work you always, always need to prepare yourself for a very unique experience. Well once again this book didn't disappoint. She brought all the feels and then some. This time the book got into some nitty gritty, gut wrenching details and experiences that have not been ventured into before at this level. The book even brought the heat level way up. It tackles very current subjects and gets really deep. I’m not talking deep in a hard to understand way. It’s mind blowing. Also, it’s a little uncomfortable. This story is not for the faint of heart.
I want to talk about this story so hard but that would be unfair to the author.
This story did end on a cliff hanger. I’m a little perturbed because I need to know where this journey is taking me. I’m not good at delayed gratification so I’m hoping this author is writing the next installment as I type.
Although this books is an emotional tsunami you can tell that the heroine is always trying to do the right thing and keep somewhat of a positive (searching for the right word)...perspective (best I can do). Her true and real love for others is beyond words. This is where we really get to see into the world of the author. She can never truly lose herself in her writing. Somewhere this author is always in her books. I hope that never changes.
Gee, can you tell I liked this book. Well, you would be wrong. I “loved” this book.
Normally, I would read a book in one or two sittings. Not this time, I had to take time to digest.
Let me repeat, this isn’t an easy read but it deserves to be read. It will tap into emotions that may have been dormant in your life. It is a very worthwhile book. Life plays out in all different ways. This story is just a different version of life playing out. Not everything wraps up in a nice little package but everything does have a purpose. Everytime I read her stories she humbles me in so many different ways.
Kudos India, you have once again amazed me.

This book.... Let me tell you what this book did to me. It gutted me open, that's what. I read STEAL ME back in 2016, and have been impatiently waiting for this new installment. And it didn't disappoint. I was an addict with a fix, cause I literally couldn't put it down. Despite needing sleep. Despite needing to work. (hell, I'm writing this review AT work!).
I can't even find the words. In true India R. Adams fashion, be ready to cry, laugh and be transformed, because SCAR ME does that. And so, SO much more. I was reminded of all the characters I love, and met some new ones TO love...and some to hate. Forever.
But through it all, the mastery of storytelling, the raw emotion in the words, the pace, the plot... I was gripped, flipping through the kindle pages, unable to stop reading, even when it was hard (and there ARE hard scenes to read in here, be prepared).
A mastery. 100%. If I could give it over 5*, I would.

Because, sometimes that is life. Full of haunted paths.
Future. And past.
But, the strong ones keep forging forward, anyways.

Is it possible to hate someone you love? India R. Adams knows the answer and she has shared the Haunted Road that leads us to where Scar Me takes place.

Each of India's books travel further down a path that lend her voice to an emotional past, but provides us with peeks at the BRAVE souls that cling to each other through loyalty and love, hardship and growth, and a final destiny-even if she waits for the next book to share it.

To be honest, I am feeling numb. I know before I begin one of India's books that I will need time. Time to Absorb her words. Time to feel each of the emotions as they bubble up through those words. Time to prepare my mind to puzzle the 'why's' of her characters' actions. Time to heal the emotional scarring that has taken my heart hostage. And time to love the gift she has provided to us, her readers.

These stories are treasures that are wrapped in some of the most horrific experiences. They crush and slice you open. They sneak up and stand their ground, well after you have read them. They are real, in the sense that each thought filled component needs to take place, has been carefully crafted, and lies waiting for you, knowing you will never be able to release the power of their haunting tales.

India is precious. Her art is her ability to transcend the agony, and rise above her horrors like a phoenix.
She is deep, purple flames, that are cold and hot to touch. She sears her way into your heart.
And you are blessed to have had this amazing experience with her.

Wow! I was left speechless, to say the least. The warning of possible triggers had me cautiously reading, not quite knowing what to expect. The emotion, the pure emotion this book evokes is rare in books these days. This is sort of a rewind to better understand what happened and why in the first book Steal Me. It was very emotional for me, I always cry with her books ,but this one had me sobbing, ugly crying and took me about 10 min before I could calm myself down kind of crying.

There is a scene that is very intense, and graphic, but done in a way that it hits you in the gut. While those triggers wouldn't pertain to me, it made me think of someone very close to me that found herself in a similar situation, so for me it hit me a bit harder.

The friendships, the love, the true love, the heartbreak. All of it amazingly beautiful. As with all her characters you become emotionally invested in them. They laugh, you laugh. They hurt, you hurt. My emotions were all over the place. Then the last chapter, brings you back the (freaking.... Grrr) Cliffhanger. I found myself in my car yelling, No, no. Please no! To being relieved, only to be left with another and a blow your mind on at that. Like you have to go back to read it a couple of times, and find yourself saying WHAT??? Wait a minute!! That kind of cliff hanger. Now we wait for The next one, Bleed Me. Bottom line? Amazing story, real characters and special relationships that have you wanting more.

All I can say is that when I started this it was hard to put down but life got in the way during the day. There have been very few books that stay with me in one way or another and this will be one of those books. It was so raw and emotional that I felt the heartbreak Delilah went through and wished I could reach into the book and hug her and tell her all will be ok.

This book does have VERY tough subject matter and I am a strong person who has been touched by some of this subject matter of this book, but luckily not enough to affect my life as some have been scarred by it.

India, I felt all of the emotions that you put into this book and I love it when an author can do that.

Ok back to trying to move on from this and patiently waiting for the next book, which I WILL BE PATIENTLY waiting for it like yesterday.

This book may not be for everyone but I can say it didn't make me shy away from it. Authors take a chance everyday and I am lucky to have been able to be introduced to this author late this year and I will forever be greatful for that.

This book, GAH, this book! These characters! This story! That. Freaking. Ending.

This is the second book of this series and reading book one is a must. This book is not for everyone. The subject matter in this novel is heavy and explicit, but needed to be told, to be shared, to not be hidden away. Not every story is made of fairy tales.

Scar Me is raw... intense... emotional... dark... heartbreaking... beautiful... full of love, family, friends, and healing. This book is made of India R. Adams heart and soul and it is so wonderfully written. Delilah's story will hit you hard and leave you screaming for more.

It was him...

Scar Me by India R. Adams is the second instalment of the Haunted Roads series. And while normally, I'd say you need to read the first book in order to understand everything, it's not really needed, but it is strongly recommended. It's taken me a while to even work up the courage to write this review. Because what words could possibly be sufficient enough to describe how significantly this book changed me. Told from Delilah's point of view, we get a look at her love story with Mav and also get to see the darker side of her history with her ex-boyfriend. There is so much angst, so much heartache and darkness, I don't know how my heart managed to survive it. It's messing with me how much I need to read the next book. Hearing everyone's sides of the story is something I never knew I needed. But the thing that messed with me the most, was that last chapter. That last page, last sentence. Talk about MIND. BLOWN. I really need the next book. I've been in such a book funk since this book. Praise to the author for writing a story that will stay with me forever.

A powerful sequel to Steal Me that took my breath away. An undeniably beautiful and heart wrenching read.

I was floored by the intensity of the characters and the emotions flowing throughout. The story itself was extremely potent and vivid.

The connections that built between the characters gave everything to the story that this author delivered on so many levels.

I'm extremely eager to read the next book when it releases, apparently I enjoy having my heart ripped to pieces and put back together again.

Intricate, artfully written and an excellent addition to my kindle library.

Deeply emotional, an EPIC coming of age romance which focuses on REAL issues and love… A MUST-BUY!
“SCAR ME” is AMAZING. This newest addition to author India R Adams “Haunted Roads” series takes the reader down Delilah’s road. Written with the most amazing detail, “SCAR ME” virtually pulled me into its pages, so compelling and realistic was this contemporary romance. The account which author Adams weaves is a pattern every reader will recognize for its truth. Events happen, (in the presence of the reader), those involved share their internal angst about the events, and then move on, using the experiences of the past as a guide for their future. Yet when something traumatic occurs, whether a joy or a disaster, that pattern is broken because the angst has to go through stages for which most people have little time – because life and other events come rushing in and move one along a more haunted road. As a result, our lived are full of small, medium, and large traumas which to some extent keep us off-kilter yet flowing along as if all is fine. Until we get stuck on life’s debris and can no longer move forward. “SCAR ME” is the telling of Delilah’s journey, her joys, her traumas, the debris and the efforts of those who love her to keep her life flowing as they have all been touched by her selfless light. It is an emotional journey which will have readers laughing, jumping for joy or in delight, and shedding a tear or ten for the hurtful traumas that are part of life’s journey. As a reviewer, it is so difficult to find a fresh way to explain to others the depth of my own reaction to a novel, especially one like this – one that took hold of my mind and emotions and carried me along. I could not put “SCAR ME” down until I’d read the very last word, and now I can’t stop thinking about it. If you, dear reader, are looking for a romance with MEAT – a story about love, family, friendship and relationships that takes one away from real life and into a life that feels real but is not your own, then “SCAR ME” should be your next read. It is delightful, deep, easy to read, full of love and devotion, and so very memorable. “SCAR ME” has made me an India R Adams fan for life. While I voluntarily read a copy of “SCAR ME” and this is my honest voluntary review, this is one novel that will be placed in the FAVORITES collection on my Kindle. I know I will want to go back to read it again and again. I STRONGLY recommend that you pick up your copy of “SCAR ME” today! Happy pages! 😉

We get more of Lilah’s story in this book and I want to hug her and wrap her in a bubble so nothing else can happen to this poor girl. She was lead astray by some misspoken words in her youth and her protectors in life missed the signs. Death is hard on families and the aftermath is excruciating. We never know how we will react until we are in the situation and they did the best they could. Again, this book wrecked my soul and that cliffhanger left me almost literally hanging by that cliff. I can not freaking wait to see how this series ends!

Another great installment into Delilah life and how things are progressing with Maverick and her ghosts. I found the book drew me in as much as steal me and I was desperate for more answers to which some we got but was left with more to ask. I'm so desperate for the next book and wishing it was already October!
