GREAT illustrations and indexes of uses. Some British items/names were a bit confusing to my experience, but nothing insurmountable.

Published in 1980, this book gives tips on establishing a herb garden. Common herbs and their uses are described both for cooking medicines, and cosmetics. There is a fairly large section of recipes for using herbs. A nice addition to the library of the home cook and gardener.
